Pizza Pizza

This low rating is not because of this pizza location but because of the customer service at their head office . There customer service must be the worst in the industry. If only customers could have access to their local Pizza Pizza franchises life would be better and simpler. But I like my pizza delivered. Anyway, my last experience I called head office because the offer through the Pizza Pizza app was not coming through on my account and they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it for me and when I complained their response was less than satisfactory so I no longer have been ordering from my favourite Pizza Pizza location their loss not mine. I was a good regular customer And a generous tipper to the drivers who were all great. Signed Your extra extra well done no cheese customer misses you.

I used to visit this place often, but I recently found out something very upsetting-THE OWNER/ MANAGEMENT takes the employees’ tips. As someone who also works in this industry, I know how important tips are. They’re not just extra cash—they’re essential for workers who go the extra mile to provide good service. Taking those tips is unfair and wrong. I can’t support a business that treats its employees this way. I’ve decided to stop giving tips here, and I won’t be coming back until things change. I encourage others to do the same and support businesses that respect and value their workers.

The pizza at this location has always been amazing and tastes better than other Pizza Pizza. The staff has always been super friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Been going to this location for 15 years.generally great staff great pizza. Today pizza delivery guy says my buzzer isn’t working so I go all the way to the lobby just to see his car on music playing loud. He had no intention on delivering to my door. Ontop of that pizza I dry. Not sure if it’s under new management but not a good experience

Super helpful stuff. I had a big take out order. 9 X-Large pizza. They gave me their insulated biiiig bag. When I reached my place six km far away from the store, pizzas were still super hot like newly baked. Thanks guys.

Ordered online. Saw the car on the map come towards my place then deliberately drive away to park by the water at place pier. He/she parked the car for 25 minutes doing nothing. Drove to my home after. When i called, the indian couldnt speak properly to acknowlegde my complaint....whats new...Toronto. Not ordering from these people again. You want more details? Tonight (July 7th) we went for late night food at this Pizza Pizza branch. The food was good like always. But the service was even better! There were two workers, one girl & a gentleman (both I believe were Indian), even though we wrote their names down for a review, unfortunately, we lost the paper with their names LOL! Anyways, we went there close to their closing time And asked if we can dine in and they said yes of course, the cashier girl was so kind and suggested some great sides and sauces. I have never received this excellent customer service from Pizza Pizza. Will definitely come back!

Walked into grab a quick slice of pizza for lunch. I noticed the lady wearing nitrile rubber gloves while they were cleaning. I made my order and she took my money and gave me my change. Everything was great until she walked over to the oven. I asked if she was going to change her gloves or take them off to handle my food. A gentleman then proceeded to explain food handling policies to me. That because she is not directly touching my food, she doesn’t have to take her dirty gloves off. I was not pleased with his response and so I requested my money back. I gave two stars because there was no issue with getting a refund. Her gloves looked very dirty and I was not interested in her handling my food, directly or indirectly with them on. This is my first 2 star rating and I’m not happy about having to do it. I will not return to this location. :(
