I ordered a large pizza, pizza quality was not up to standard. Because I am regular customer, so just a genuine review. The boys working there, were not dressed properly, no hairnet, using phone with same hands as making pizza. So bad experience, at-least they should maintain food safety standards. Please take care of your store worker, they should be properly dressed and hairnet.

Ordered a medium pizza to go. Cashier proceeded to wipe his face with his shirt before taking my order. Came back and received a bloody small pizza, was charged for a medium. See photo below. Highway robbery. Avoid.

Tasty Pizza, But Needs Improvement in Service and Hygiene I recently visited Pizza Pizza and would give them 4 stars. The pizza was tasty, with a good balance of flavors and a nice, crispy crust. It's clear they know how to make a great pizza. However, there's room for improvement in customer service and hygiene. The staff could be more attentive and friendly, as the service felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area could be better maintained. Overall, the pizza is worth the visit, but I hope they work on enhancing the customer experience and cleanliness in the future. THIS IS ALI NOOR & THIS IS MY REVIEW

Yesterday night around 10pm I had a terrible experience there. Unhygienic staff. No gloves, and using their own t-shirt as a hand towel and then the attitude for taking our order. They should atleast reduce music from the speakers for customers to hear what they speak when we try to order. I can understand that staff needs to eat their dinner, but it shouldn't be while making pizza inside the kitchen. I can clearly see how frustrated he was for making an order instead of reheating sliced pizza's or reheating pre-made Stromboli. I forgot to mention how smelly and old the toppings were for the Stromboli, all that being out there I will never ever visit that shop to even buy a can of pop.

A really bad experience, I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and the truth is that I received an ordinary pizza with only cheese and tomato, nothing to do with what I ordered and what I paid for, additionally I contact customer service and the service is worse, people answer rude and disrespectful who have no culture or experience in customer service, they just get upset and hang up on you. The truth could improve the service.

It was very bad experience at the Pizza Pizza store. We wait for half n hour for 2 half moon and we got no cheese on it. It was like the employ was not interested in his job. Also we ordered creamy garlic souce based pizza with veggies and again the souce was invincible I mean we eat that pizza without any souce. I would not recommend to go their. The other pizza pizza store are much better than this one.
