Pizza Pizza

Ordered pizza for takeaway today in the morning around 11.30 am. Poor service as the pizza was ready but the pizza was missing one topping(pineapple) on it as per order placed. When I picked up, nothing was mentioned to me about missing topping, but I was charged for the topping, which was not added to the pizza by the server. I asked him about the order, and he never told anything but was very mean to charge me extra! I would never go next time to this place, as you should be fair to customer!

4 star - For the food, it’s okay I tried it few times. Service- 0 because I went there today (December 23) at around 10:35 PM , the guy who was working there was very rude, I just asked him very politely that If that pizza slice is fresh and when did you make it.? He rudely replied “It’s been a while, if you want a fresh one then order a whole pizza” I mean I order a slice every time, that’s the reason I go there. I asked him his name, he said “Why do you want my name, I won’t tell you my name”. Atmosphere - 0 : There was smoke in the whole store. I request the management to please take care of him.

I recently ordered the combo with pizza and wings from Pizza Pizza, opting for a large pizza with double cheese and double pepperoni. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with how it turned out. While there was plenty of cheese on top, there was hardly any on the base of the pizza, and the pepperoni were mostly placed just above the sauce, rather than more evenly distributed throughout the pizza. It seems like the quality may vary from location to location because I haven’t had this issue at other Pizza Pizza locations. That said, I do want to give a shoutout to the guy working at the front. He was handling everything by himself, managing both the front and the back, which I really appreciated, especially considering how busy it was. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy times, and I’m hopeful for a better experience next time!

Ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza. I've been to other pizza pizza locations and their pizzas are fine, but the pizza from here was not edible. I couldn't force myself to eat another slice. It just tasted old and flavorless.

Yesterday night I ordered a pizza from this location, after a while I thought of trying a pizza as I don't eat often so I was excited but the pizza was so salty and full of oil, literally oil was dripping off from the slices but I had a shift an hour later so did not have enough time to return and uploaded pictures as I was kinda fasting since morning, was hungry at the moment. Bad experience with Pizza Pizza at this location, I would highly recommend avoiding eating from this store. If someone wants to get rid of eating pizzas then they are most welcome to go ahead and try this location as they make super salty and oily pizzas plus they have super annoying services, workers at this location seems they don't give a f…k, super rude which intimidates customers to ask for anything. Pizza Pizza put in so much effort and hard work but these franchise owners and store employees ruining everything.

I recently tried a 12” Medium Half & Half Pizza from Pizza Pizza, and it was a great experience overall. The Thin ’n Crispy crust was perfectly done, providing a nice crunch. The left half was the Chicken Lover’s®, topped with regular tomato sauce and roasted red peppers. The combination was delightful, with the peppers adding a nice touch of sweetness. The right half was the Veggie Lover’s®, also with regular tomato sauce and hot peppers. The hot peppers added a good amount of heat, making it a flavorful and spicy choice. I also ordered the Boneless Bites with Mild Buffalo Sauce. While they were decent, they didn’t quite match up to the ones at Pizza Hut. The garlic bread, which I decided to skip this time, often lacks flavor and softness. At $21.49 for the pizza and $10.99 for the boneless bites, it’s moderately priced for a quick and tasty meal. The service was good and fast, making Pizza Pizza a reliable option for satisfying pizza cravings.

Visited the shop to order a Small Pizza with 3 toppings of Spinach, Onions and Mushrooms. The staff was very supportive and friendly. Received the order within 15 minutes which is quite normal. The Pizza was tasty and had adequate amount of toppings. The store have sufficient seating capacity for around 20 customers. The store is attractive in the inside as well as the outside. Had a very satisfying experience.

Loved their dealing. I don’t think so that any other pizza outlet can beat their deals. I literally picked up three pizzas in a week and that’s an amazing experience.
