I ordered three pizzas on New Year’s Eve. One of the pizzas had a strong, unpleasant smell and appeared to be spoiled. I immediately discarded it the day after I called customer service to report the issue. They informed me that they would forward my feedback to the branch and credited me with a discount, but they did not provide me with any compensation.

I ordered a pizza online for pickup, went to the store in the pouring rain, only to find it closed due to an emergency! The point of online ordering is to keep customers updated. You could've easily mentioned the closure instead of confirming my order.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with creamy garlic base and it was mind blowing. The taste was awesome. The guys working over there do listen to the instructions and the customization that you want in your order. Our pizza was prepared by Jot and Rishi and as I said it was amazing.

Seen a guy working there put fries in the fryer with NO plastic gloves. Ew, since when touching food with your bare hands in the service industry acceptable? Very unhygienic.

A good Pizza Pizza location. The staff is attentive and prompt in service. They follow standard preparation guidelines. I only needed a slice, which they had on the counter but the staff recommended waiting for a few minutes as they were making a new batch of pizza. That's thoughtful! Recommended!

Will not be ordering from here again! I ordered a small extra cheese pizza from here and with mushrooms from Ubereats. I pay the extra charge for the mushrooms and once my pizza is delivered I barely see any mushrooms!! In the picture provided you can see how cheap they were with the mushrooms, if I were lucky I would get maybe 1 or two very tiny and thinly sliced or minced piece of mushroom on a slice (mind you these were big slices too). I had heard that pizza pizza is not of good quality but I didn’t think they would scam customers despite the high charge compared to their quality.

I've been coming to this Pizza Pizza about once a week since August 2018. Seems like it is run by a very efficient and fair Chinese crew. Currently they are running a promotion consisting of two pepperoni and/or cheese slices for $5. These slices are the same that they sell regularly as individual slices so they are fair size, have a fair amount of pepperoni and are otherwise decently made. Tastes like fresh made pizza should so no complaints. Walk in, order slices for take out, slices are warmed up and bagged, tap, sit in sunny warmth outside during summer and enjoy. There are tables and a counter inside for less hospitable weather. Update January 2019: Continues to be doing it right with fresh tasty pizza and efficient service on the two slices for $5 promo. Now with an updated interior. Update December 2019: The two pepperoni slices for $5 have a fair amount of pepperoni and the crust is extra light and crispy. The new crew here does it right. Plus they play cool music in their store and have chairs along the window. Good for lunch.
