I had ordered of your thin crusted pizza the past couple of times online. Both times, I received a “regular crust”. It’s why I go else where to order the “thin crust” pizza. Sadly.

Specifcally ordered 2 large pizza with 4 topping on EACH of the pizza NOT 4 toppings combined. Anyways Pizzas barely had anything on them, felt like I was eating cardboard with tomatoe paste and 1/8 of a teaspoon of toppings which included olives, roasted red pepper, tomatoes , musroom for pizza #1. grilled chicken ( extra $1), spinach, roasted red pepper, tomatoes for pizza #2. Advice is don't skimp on toppings to maximise profit margins! Economic hardship is no excuse!

They need to hire people that can speak english, I was there for 10min ordering 2 medium pizzas and half the time im getting them to repeat their thick indian accent. The person working that night also didnt know half the items on the menu and was speaking indian to the other worker asking if one of the 6 pizza sauces was on the menu.

Worst customer service. Cashier was NOT helpful. I even asked for a small box for take out and only gave me bag instead. Pizza didn't have enough toppings. THE WORST ON EVERYTHING.

Dear the owner, My house is 1.1km from your store(Jane and Sheppard location).Your store is always my first choice every time I want to eat pizza, I always come to buy it twice a week. Today I went to your store (May 17/2024 around 7.47pm),because I had to attend my friend's birthday party, I wanted to buy your pizza pizza as a gift, but when I got the pizza, do you know?I really liked to sprinkle a lot of herbal power you put next to the POS system,I like it too much because it make the pizza smell good. It doesn't have salt before , but now today it’s very salty,…..I really don't understand if you want to limit how many time to use of herbal power,you should not put free for everyone can get it or you can write the note for everyone know it’s different,right? …..No one in the party can eat it,I’m so disappointed , this is not the first time I buy from your store.I must say sorry to my friends too much because nobody can eat,too salty,they put it in garbage after they try it in their first time…….maybe today is the last time I come here to buy,so sad. 😞😔

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered the snack box for $12 . Got a bunch of left over fries and regular fries when it was advertised as curly fries. Came with 5 pieces of wings but look at the extremely small wing included in the order. Absolute madness. Will never come back again . Would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Terrible customer service

Guy at the front is nice. Good customer service. They don’t put enough toppings on the pizza; it is always sparse. There pizza is so thin. Plus they gave me the wrong toppings on my seconD pizza. I understand that mistakes happen. However, I noticed that they keep giving less toppings. The pizza below should be 2 toppings but it looks like a cheese pizza. This is the 4th time this has happened. I tired of this.
