Love coming to this Pizza Pizza location. The owner is so friendly and makes me feel like he’s known me forever. Food is made promptly and very well. Having halal toppings is a plus!

Order: -Medium pizza (buffalo base sauce, pineapple, onion, mushroom) -Garlic Bread w/cheese -Jalapeno poppers I give this place a 1/5 because the pizza HAD NO SAUCE, and I paid extra for the buffalo sauce. It's not like the went light on the sauce, or put the wrong sauce there was quite literally no sauce. As a result the pizza was very very dry and flavorless. The only saving graces were the poppers and Garlic bread they were...decent... so they charged extra and scammed me out of my sauce...what a joke of a restaurant It was 35 bucks which by today's standards is cheap so you get what you pay for. People who don't know what pizza is and don't get paid enough to care about the food they're putting out.

This is the most disgusting branch, I ordered a pizza and I said double the mushrooms, but it didn't even have mushrooms like a regular pizza, and the material was much less than usual and other branches, I think this is a scam. I suggest you don't buy from this branch at all.just compare the pictures,left picture is their waste Pizza and right picture is the pizza that I bought from other branche. The staff is incredible! They’re friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. Great customer service really makes the experience enjoyable. And their pizzas are always fresh, with the perfect combination of crispy crust and flavorful toppings. The variety of options is great, and the panzarotti and wings are fantastic as well. Always quick, tasty, and satisfying – definitely my go-to for pizza cravings!

This is one of the best pizza pizza locations, and i only go here. On Thursday, i walked in and ordered 2 large special with 4.drink and 2 dipping. One of the pizzas was burnt on the bottom. So i was telling the cashier (man) this time I'll take it because I'm in a rush and i don't like it if it's burnt. He was smiling at me at the same time he didn't say anything. But the lady came to the front from the back and started to argue with me like, "This is how we make it, next time say lightly done." So i said to her, "Not lightly done or well done, i want regular and i mentioned to the other man who's name is Siva before few times, i don't like burnt on the bottom. He was there at the time, but he was talking to someone, and i was in a hurry too. The lady who was arguing with me gave me a weird look to me and did not apologize for her mistakes and walked away. I saw a lack of training and poor customer service skills during the visit. I paid for what i ordered, and i have faced all this nonsense from them. NOT COOL.

We've been ordering in this location for many times but for tonight's walk in order it is burned, I contacted the store and transfer me to customer service which offered me a replacement pizza to be delivered. I asked if I need to send pictures of it, they said no so I took pictures and we trash the rest downstairs and just took 2 slices "just in case" I need to show it. After sometime, I received another call from the store asking me if I can "SHOW" the burned part to the delivery guy for training purposes, I said yes since I have 2 left that I can show and pictures too. The delivery guy showed up frowned and ask me the pizza, I showed him the slices and then he rudely continue the conversation and raising his voice to me telling me I shouldn't threw it out not before getting new one, which I explained that I am not instructed to do so, and just ask to "show" him. And he said "No! You should know! I need to take it back in store! I will call them" and I said go ahead. And then he keeps saying things which makes my husband to intervene and said to watch his mouth and then he retaliate and it got heated between them, then I said just take the pizza and go, my husband told him he will make a review for this Then he started to hand the pizza and we said no just get it back since he's having big problem to us, and when we are about the shut the door he stopped it and insisting for us to take it and even stepped his foot inside our unit. My husband told him he's trespassing and he needs to leave. We have our children with us when this is happening. This is not how the customer service should be. Not safe even!

I have the amazing pleasure of having this location as my local pizza pizza and it always exceeds my expectations!! From the moment you walk in, Siva and his kind staff welcome you in with genuine smiles. You can tell that they highly prioritize and take pride in cleanliness, as the store is spotless, while the scent of fresh pizza permeates throughout the store. Now, the pizza at this location is outstanding!!! Unlike other locations that seem to serve cardboard like pizza, this location CONSISTENTLY serves hot and fresh pizza. The crust is perfectly soft and pillowy, with just the right amount of chewiness, bursts with flavour, and is topped generously with fresh ingredients. Quality is definitely a priority here and I will never go to another Pizza Pizza location!! Can’t wait for my next slice :)

First time visited the location and clean/renovated like sports bar, the guy at the counter is super nice and friendly 👌 . The pizza 🍕 cooked right ✅️ and tasted great 👍. Leaf game six tonight in the playoffs and Go Leafs Go!
