Friendly workers. Clean place. Large 3 topping pizza with 3 cans of iced tea and 3 dips for under $22 which is a fair price! Good pizza! I also like that they have a Christmas Tree in there during winter. It brings cheer during these times. Thank You😃👍

Was the absolute worst customer service. Delivery took forever then the driver refused to drop it off, demanding payment when I had paid online. Will never return to this location. Customer service that reached out did nothing. Recommend not wasting your time. There are so many better pizza joints downtown within a few steps! That’s where I intend to spend my money from now on. Not wasting money on people that treat you like garbage.

Been a regular at this place. I am almost attended to by Heming. A forever smiling face with complete knowledge about the menu options. Really prompt with the service. The only pizza pizza I go to.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic pizza store, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and hygiene of the store. The staff was polite and friendly, and the tables and chairs were spotless. But what really stood out was the pizza itself. I ordered an extra large pepperoni, pineapple and bacon crumble pizza, and it was cooked to perfection. The crust was thin and crispy, and the tomato sauce was just the perfect amount and the cheese was melted just right. I could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality, and the care that went into making the pizza was evident in every bite. What I also appreciated was the level of customization that was available. The menu had a wide variety of toppings to choose from, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate any special requests. They even had gluten-free crust options, which is a rarity in many pizza places. But what really made my experience special was the friendliness of the staff. They were all very welcoming and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed and that my pizza was cooked to my liking. They even took the time to chat with me about my favorite pizza toppings and gave me some great recommendations for future visits. I ordered an extra large pizza and 3 cans of drinks( two diet coke and one regular coke) After waiting an hour, I received a burnt pizza crushed in the pizza box along with a can of nestea and three dipping sauce. I told the delivery driver about the missing drinks and he said he will be back with the drinks. Afterwards i saw the pizza is burnt and i told the delivery driver about it when he returned with drinks. He asked me to call OPD(even ge didn’t knew what it was). I somehow got it touch with the customer care and explained my situation. They offered me a replacement in next 15 mins. I waited for around two hours and now time is 2am in the midnight. I received no calls or text from the store or delivery driver. Finally i slept starving. Next morning i saw a pizza on my driveway beside my car. This was my experience with pizza pizza. I have also posted the photos of both scenarios along with this post. Its better to cook rather than ordering something from pizza pizza

The pizza is fine, and on time. Funnel fries and brownies are the reason i like going here. However the panzerotti is always undercooked. 3 undercooked ones so far. First one the cheese didn't melt at all (dairy free cheese) because of that it didn't taste like cheese. The last two, the dough is raw. Most of the cheese didn't melt. Had to microwave it. I would just stick to the pizza.

I love when this place makes a pizza properly. I really do. Unfortunately, the staff at this location has shown repeated incompetence. They mess up orders, they don't seem to even be completely aware of their menu (had 3 of them look at me like idiots when ordering samosas), and overall just seem disorganized and spacey. Just today, ordered a pizza that they got pretty off. Pictures attached indicate how clearly they messed up. We were lucky it wasn't the worst mistake they could have made, but could have been problematic if say, one of us was allergic to mushrooms. It was tolerable, but still inexcusable.
