I placed my order.. told the employee I would b just outside the door because I had my 140lbs dog.. didn't want to bring into a restaurant.. 35min later after several stares from the employees, I ask how much longer.. it had been ready for over 20min.. then they refused my money back.. poor poor service.. and the 35min I watched them work. I'm glad I didn't get my food honestly.. there cooking practices aren't the best.. touching chicken and everything else.. didn't change gloves

Pizza slice was stale. Workers Spoke a different language towards me and laughed which was very rude. So much for good customer service experience. Should always respect the customers. Very odd Experience

Recently had a pizza lunch served by this Shelburne location at my office for my staff. Two pizza pizza employees came to deliver all the pizzas with a smile on their face. We ordered 3 pizzas and they were all absolutely delicious! Thank you Pizza Pizza

Great experience! The best pizza i ever had .Love the food and the atmosphere. Staff is also friendly and accommodating also helped me in getting the best deals of pizza . Must try :- 1. Half moon cheesy bread. 2. Vegetarian mediterian pizza .

Great pizza and friendly customer service. No issues with ordering through the app, lots of toppings and the staff will allow for children’s needs. The staff will accommodate if you require a couple slices on any size pizza with only pepperoni or cheese, no need to sacrifice half the toppings! This will be our recommendation and place to to go for pizza in the fast growing Town of Shelburne 🙂

-100. Raw chicken on the spicy chicken pizza. I called customer service and offered to send a replacement or a partial credit. Unacceptable service. Pizza pizza your quality has gone down so much! I wasn’t happy at all with today’s experience. I will probably receive a generic reply to which if I do email them or contact them I’ll get the same response. Not feeling well, after consuming raw chicken!!!
