Delicious pizza. Out of all the Pizza Pizza locations, the Prince Michael location makes the BEST pizza. Placed an order just before closing (Google says they close at 3AM but they actually close at 12AM), guy working (owner?) was super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. This man deserves the world. Highly highly recommend!!!

There was a new person just started and she forgot ti add somethings in my order, but then fixed it. She was very genuine and trying to learn. Overall it was a good experience, and they delivered the pizza right on time!

Went to order some onion rings and had to fish out my wallet (which got stuck in my bag). Cashier turned away and walked towards the kitchen then I paid. Waited over 30 minutes for my onion rings only to find out that the cashier claimed that "I hadn't paid" and that she hadn't made them. After I tried to prove that I had indeed, paid, she said "Just this once" as if I hadn't paid money for my damn food. Why would anyone go to lengths to order food only to not pay even when visibly trying to get something out of their bag. Worst Service Ever.

The pizza was amazing, made with so much attention it seemed. What was more amazing was the two wonderful people who made the pizza - Sukhpal and Vicky are so cheerful and made our experience so much more than just a pick up and leave process. Vicky is amazing at what he does and made the most yum pizza we had had in a while. They both listen to their customers and keep them first. This is our go to pizza place now!

They already sweeping the floor, putting up the tables and chairs at 10:15 PM when they’re supposed to be closed at midnight. Wouldn’t even let me use the washroom to wash my hands. Claimed washroom is out of order. No hand sanitizer. The franchise location needs to go under review. First and last time coming here. They don’t seem to enjoy working here. Don’t blame them. But don’t give the franchise a bad name.

This is our go to pizza spot for every now and then. The place is quiet and really nice to dine in. Best pizzapizza I can find in whole oakville. And the staff is really helpful and polite. Looking forward to have some more pizzas from this place.

The aroma of freshly baked pizza wafted through the air, creating a sense of anticipation that had my taste buds tingling. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the pizza. Oh, what a masterpiece! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. It provided the ideal canvas for the generous toppings that adorned each slice. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, and the cheese was gooey and expertly melted. The service was exceptional – attentive without being intrusive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. Our pizzas arrived promptly, hot from the oven, and our drinks were always topped up.

Yesterday, June 21st, 2023, in the evening, I had an amazing experience at Pizza Pizza! The customer service was exceptional, and the gentleman working there went above and beyond to make my visit special. He remembered exactly how I liked my pizza and made it perfectly. Not only that, but he was incredibly kind throughout my entire visit, leaving me with a big smile on my face.
