I had a very bad experience with this store, they use pre cooked and cancelled order pizzas for new orders. I ordered large pizza and I got pre heated pizza with spoiled chicken. This store must undergo for deep food inspection. High chances of long term health damage, must avoid.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Pizza Pizza. I ordered three extra-large pizzas and specifically requested light sauce on two of them. Instead, they put no sauce at all! It was literally just plain cheese and pepperoni on top of that it was cold. When I called customer service to address the issue, all they could offer were their “sincerest apologies” but claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. I can’t understand how a company can operate like this—completely dismissive of their customers’ concerns and unwilling to make things right. This was a complete waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from them again. Avoid at all costs!

I came into the store recently, I was greeted by a kind worker by the name of Rajun, he helped me make a decision and provided thoughtful insights on what he would recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed the service, and the food itself.

Thank u for the good pizza was good but service was not so good. Edit : they try to make you get a good review with a free dipping sauce but then they try to say next order, deserves 0 stars for deception, the guy tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favour when he has the sign for the free dip for the review, acting like it came out of his pay, saying he’s busy; was an older guy.

Complete and utter garbage. We have a fatal gluten allergy in the house and the CALL CENTRE made us keep a pizza that they put a regular crust on when we specifically ordered a gluten free option. Rude, disrespectful and complete garbage human beings. The branch itself was very helpful and we are thankful they cleared up the situation.

I’ve been here many times. The staff are friendly and the food is great. It’s very consistent and reliable. They always get my order right. Pizzas are cooked very fast. On a Saturday night, it’s ready in about 10 minutes, which is very impressive. Will return.
