The driver dropped off the pizza at the front door without knocking. In the winter, the pizza sat outside for over half an hour. Finally, I called customer service to find out where the pizza was, and they informed me that it had been left outside. This is an unbelievable lack of common sense.

The food is fantastic here. They know what they doing. Some of the hottest most flavourful fast food pizza I’ve ever eaten. I see why people come here over and over. The chicken bbq pizza is a strong one.

I recently had their half cheese and half Veggie, and I loved both! The cheese was perfectly melted, and the veggie toppings were fresh and flavorful. It’s clear they serve their pizzas straight out of the oven. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean, which made for a pleasant visit. I highly recommend Pizza Pizza for anyone looking for great pizza!

Delivery driver refused to come upstairs to drop off the food. Because he did not want to get a parking ticket. But would have taken him Half To drop it off! I work for Fedex. It It takes me not even a minute to drop off a package out front of their door!! So so bad.. Just to let you know if it's snowing or raining or there is traffic.He will not drop it off in front of your apartment or house

I measure fast-food quality by one we have in downtown, which is terrible anywhere there. Outside of GTA pizza is usually better. But not at this spot. Here is just regular pizza-pizza, nothing special. I love this place because it's easy to stop on the bicycle way from Toronto to Burlington and Niagara. And I can take my pizza down to Bronte Park and enjoy the nice lake view while eating it.

We ordered from pizza pizza and we received 2 small pizza with loads of chilli flakes on top.. made it like hell i cant eat it.. really not acceptable if u guys cant work late better don’t ruin customer money also.. management should check and would really appreciate if u guys get me refund of money

If you love mushrooms and white sauce pasta, you have to try their gourmet thin 'Creamy Mushroom Florentine 🍕' I loved it. It was so yummy 🤤 I also bought Sriracha creamy garlic dipping sauce to go with it 👍 Try their gourmet thin pizzas - You will not be disappointed 😍
