I had a shocking and extremely rude experience with Pizza Pizza today. An employee (the name mentioned on my phone: Jaspreet) called me on my personal number and abused me—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I am appalled at how such behaviour is allowed in customer service. I was a very loyal and regular customer of Pizza Pizza. I expected better from a well-known brand, but this incident has completely ruined my trust. If I could, I would give zero stars. Avoid this place at all costs if you value basic respect and professionalism.

The worst pizza ever we had eaten this kind of pizza before. They tried to rip us off by overcharging. Very unprofessional staff. I recommend to everyone don't come here. It's totally wastage of money and food.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a review in the "To good to go" app, you can only leave a star there. We picked up an order yesterday from this app, which allows you to pick up a product at the end of the day that, in theory, remains unsold. I understand that this pizza cost 6.99, but this does not mean giving it to us with mold. It's bad that we didn't look at it right away and saw it at home, since we didn't want to spend money on gas for these 7 dollars. Horrible. This does not give you the right to give away products that are not fit for consumption for 7 dollars. I think this is disrespectful. Thank you for your attention.

Now I only tried two different pies, but when I tell u broooooo it’s fireeeeeee better than friggin dominos or papa John’s n all those other fast food chains. It was fresh n pretty unique! The next time I come to Canada I’ll be zippin my way to get to this place. And crazy how it’s open till 2! Lol

Let me start of by saying the pizza was very good my kids really wanted to try it and loved it. Unfortunately we had to wait about 10 for the employee to take our order he was sitting in the back he must have had his air pods on and didn’t hear us walk in.
