On Nov 15th after seeing my friends show, I made a mistake In assuming me and my friend could make It home without the assistance of our phones, because they had no charge due to my neglect and preparation. After stopping at a gas station and purchasing a charger to use In the car, me and my friend considered this solution may not be quick enough. So we tried to find a business that was open, and we arrived here to ask for directions. I was presumably visibly upset to the workers at the time when I asked for directions home, they acted quickly In giving us directions home, and letting me charge my phone with one employee's personal fast charger. I had offered them 10$ since we didn't Intend to buy anything, but they refused. If that doesn't inspire confidence In the care and quality they provide to customer service, and In turn their food, I'm not sure what else could. Thank you guys!

This branch is outstanding. Employees are really good and offers deals and chilli flakes and oregano. Specially, Jeet Patel (one of the employees). He is beat employee at pizza pizza.

Twice this month I have ordered take out pizza from the Portage Road Pizza Pizza. Both times the pizzas had minimal toppings. Showed it to a staff member who said nothing and walked away. Phoned Pizza Pizza Customer Service. They offered a replacement pizza. The replacement was just the same! Domino's in comparison offers plenty of toppings for the same cost. In years past, this location did a decent job. Sadly, the staff has changed and so has the value for your money spent at this location. There are better choices available in Niagara Falls!

The experience was fantastic, had ordered the Gourmet Thins Steak and Blue Cheese pizza and it was cooked to perfection, loved that pungent flavour of Blue cheese. In addition, I felt like ordering more so ordered for a medium Chicken pizza to go for the rest of my day. My host was a senior person named ‘Kiran’, was very friendly and loved what he’s doing. I appreciate his warmth and kindness.
