I always bring my two small kids to the Pizza Pizza at 2760 Derry Road, and it’s consistently a great experience! The family-friendly atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a quick and enjoyable meal. The staff is always welcoming and patient, which I really appreciate when dining with little ones. The food is fresh and delicious, and there’s a great variety to keep everyone happy. This location is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable space for families. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a kid-friendly dining option!

I ordered on 1/1/2025 around midnight. To start with, the staff had a rude and disrespectful attitude. One staff member had headphones on and had a very angry and rude face as if they were doing me favor by taking my order. Please hire staff who know how to work professionally. Important: I ordered halal chicken but still got some pepperoni bits and pieces on the pizza. Had to throw up more than half of it. Also gave me salmonella I don’t something might be wrong. So not only the staff was rude, they made the order pathetically wrong as well. I will be reporting this on several platforms.

Now I understand why this location is always empty and other locations in the area are smaller in size, but busier in order volume. Please go to dominos it’s 2 mins away. SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! No customer service, NOT EVEN. a thank-you or please. The staff rolls eyes and acts entitled. I had ordered pizza and brownies. to start with, staff had a straight face with super rude attitude. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour and when I asked for an extra box or plate because my box was ruined and almost breaking, she refused to give it to me saying I don’t give extra boxes or plates. When I asked that I can pay, she straight up said “Ok pay $4” ( With a very very rude attitude). Paying is not a problem, the way she was talking to me was super rude and unprofessional. Staff had airpods tucked in ears and HAS ZERO sense or customer service or even thankful attitude. Plus staff was also cleaning the machine with a map???!!!! like really? Cleaning a pizza machine with a floor mop!! They don’t say thanks or please and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and later on said just call me tanu and after that smashed my box of brownies on the counter and she went inside the kitchen without saying anything. I live nearby and my family has been a loyal customer at tis location but after today’s horrible experience we will prefer going to Meadowvale town center location or dominos nearby which is more friendly, polite and pleasant.

This location has Halal Pepperoni and Halal Chicken toppings upon request. However, the pizza is not much different than other Pizza Pizza locations. Sub-average. It amazes me this chain is still in business. Much better pizza options elsewhere

not exactly the best pizza but, not as bad as some more well-known pizzerias. clean, bright space. not so busy when we came in -- a single dine-in customer and a couple more came in for takeaway. attendant was quite helpful in that she suggested a combo special for us to get more value for our dollar. also, accommodated a passerby who just needed to make quick use of the washroom (a nice, simple gesture one doesn't see quite oft). speaking of washrooms, the place had a couple of unis that were tidy enough. orders came out on time. wings were okay. not that much bacon on the bacon poutine. not too shabby of a dining experience, overall.

Fresh, nice and hot pizza. I came in at 10:15 and the place opens at 11 yet the owner still happy to make me a pizza. Def would recommend for the service he provides. My kids loves pizza here.

I always stop at Pizza Pizza when I visit family in Canada. They have halal options. I got the butter chicken pizza and it was really good. Fast service as well and great prices. As soon as I opened the box my mouth started watering. Also, I would try the sauces, we tried the siracha garlic as well as the regular.
