Pizza Pizza

Came for a 6th time in a row after 10 pm and they do not have a cheese and pepperoni pizza meant for their special. It seems they’re doing this to sell their left over pizza however the cashier already said it’ll be 15 mins only for the baker to come out and say it’s slow so we don’t make that for the special. That is unfair because every single pizza pizza I’ve gone to will make the cheese and pepperoni pizza but we have to wait. Which I was offered at the time. They shared they changed their management changed but reality is that the staff is part of what makes this place horrible. You rob off an opportunity for a sale and waste people’s time. Please put on your window that if it’s slow you won’t do the 2 for 6 dollars special by choice. And we were planning on getting more than 6 slices.

Placed an order online, went to pick it up and the store had no customers but 4 people talking and eating pizza in the back. I waited and said excuse me and no one even looked at me (too busy talking and eating) meanwhile I can see my order ready behind the counter. My boyfriend came in and said excuse me again, but people in the back still took their time to finish eating and finally came to cash us out. Absolutely outstanding service at Pizza Pizza. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured every detail of our order was perfect. From taking our order with a smile to the quick and seamless delivery of piping hot, delicious pizza, everything was spot-on. Thank you.

Very rude customer dealing. There was a girl with short height and spectacles on counter and her body language, facial expressions as well as way to talk to customer was completely inappropriate. She made our total wrong twice or thrice and was reacting like that she is so frustrated but being in food industry and having years and years of experience in customer dealing, I know that how to deal with customers and her gestures were completely unacceptable. So disappointing experience. Moreover, there was no oregano, no ketchup and a huge stack of empty pizza boxes and some even lying on the floor which seems so unhygienic but staff was so busy in their own talks worrying least about the professionalism and maintaining environment

Shop was not very cooperative in customizing order. Also, they did not provided enough tissue paper and any container for Chilli flakes and oregano. They did not even provide a fully detailed receipt even on request. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Do not recommend this location at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Pizza was pretty gross compared to other Pizza Pizza locations. Would definitely go for a different pizza option if in the port credit area.

The staff spends more time chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on their tasks and attending to orders. The pizza has been ruined by adding too much sauce on the crust, making it slippery, and it's also burnt around the edges. Pizza wasn’t cut properly and got torn into pieces. Felt like wastage of Money.

This location feels cramped after the addition of the Bubble tea stand inside. Service is fairly standard, no complaints but no compliments either. The amount of toppings on their pizza has recently been rectified. I highly recommend ordering in advance, as they're timeliness for your order being ready for pick up is rather precise.
