I order 2 pizzas for a kids party. I came the day before and told them I'll pick up the pizza the following day at 230 pm. I arrived 245ish to pick up the pizza. The older lady told me "oh I forgot because they put the note where I can't see it and u didn't place your order with me". First off, no apologies. So I had to sit there and wait for her to make my entire order making me late for a kids party! Secondly when I asked for dip she couldn't even offer as a courtesy for HER mistake. She charged me for them. Not that I asked for free dipping sauce but I would think it would be in their best interest to offer it as a way to mitigate. Never coming back here. Service is whack. No customer service. Poor service all around. They have no systems in place to ensure they're not missing your order.

I used to love half moon in Ottawa’s pizza pizza, was a huge fan of it but when I tried this outlets half moon.I realised I haven’t had anything that is this terrible before, I even asked if it was fresh as it was ready in less than 2min. The staff said yes & I was like okay it doesn’t looks and tastes.

I ordered a pizza for my son and I to share. It was an XL special and it was delivered pretty fast. Unfortunately the pizza itself wasn't very good. The distribution of toppings was horrible as was the cutting of the slices. I also paid for extra cheese which didn't happen. So some of the slices looked like they had hardly any cheese. They sent me an email asking for my opinion on the order and I told them it wasn't very good. And they never replied. Oh well ..I guess they don't care about my business.

The food was good and fresh. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were so patient to wait till I decided what to order and gave me suggestions as well. The store is kept so clean and nice. Overall a good experience!
