This place is an amazing spot to eat some fresh, warm and delicious pizza when I have my lunch break. The atmosphere is also very comfortable and staff is very kind and polite.

The taste and customer service here are exceptional! I’m a regular, and the halal wings are a must-try. Ali makes the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. We came to order the combo with wings, pizza and soft drinks but asked to add 2 creamy garlic sauces. After paying, we forgot to take the receipt. When we got the food, we notified them about missing one sauce. He said we just ordered one when we obviously did order 2. He said it says in the receipt which he never handed it to me. I paid 38 sth. He was giving us the attitude and said next time we need to order carefully. What??? Or next time you should listen well and take the right order? New to Mississauga and this was the first pizza store we visited. Horrible experience n will never come back!

When it comes to the staff friendliness and accuracy of your order, this location is great! Another bonus is the wide selection of halal options. My problem, however, is myself and family were put off today when we saw the person behind the counter deeply picking inside his ear, flicking (presumably) wax off his fingers, and then repeating... After at least 3 minutes, he continued working (e.g., touching orders, counters, etc.) without washing his hands or wearing gloves... I wasn't going to write a review, but then I saw other people also had concerns about the staff being unhygienic. I'm conflicted because I'm happy that I finished eating before witnessing that, otherwise there's a chance I would have been sick... But I'm also disgusted that I ate it because he handled my food, and who knows when the last time he washed his hands was...

UNHYGIENIC UNHYGIENIC !! 🤢🤮 Order Lasrge pizza with Jalepino poppers Went there after 20-30 minutes around 3:20 pm The old guys working there was wiping his mouth and eating at the same spot where they cook our pizza Saw left over chicken just near to their fryer. Not only that he was not sure about our order. And. USED SAME hand without using to fry our poppers ! And then he carried same used napkin to the counter and given us order. I paid and that food gone directly to the garbage. That’s how they deal with our food. NOT Recommend ZEROOO STARS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Better some quality inspectors visit this store PLEASE DON’T PLAY WITH CUSTOMER’S HEALTH 🙏

The best thing about this place was the smile I was greeted with. The slice of pizza I got was NOT what a typical slice is like from Pizza Pizza (I’ve been getting slices here for 20+ years) the crust & cheese was wrong. The washrooms are disgusting, which makes me feel icky about the slice of pizza I just had. This franchise should have a visit from under cover boss.
