Pizza Pizza

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza location. First, it took over 20 minutes just to heat up a single slice of pizza. The guy making pizzas was on his phone while handling food and didn’t even bother to wash his hands before going back to work. It was clear the employees cared more about their phones than doing their jobs. Another employee checked incoming orders and then immediately started using his phone, completely disregarding hygiene. It’s shocking how little attention they pay to cleanliness and proper procedures. I won’t be coming back here, also threw out the pizza slice when I left. if you value cleanliness and decent service, I’d recommend going somewhere else. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CANADA. 0 stars

The pizza wasn’t bad for the price and tasted delicious. Overall it had a nice atmosphere and the employee was happy to take my order and offer service.

Second time i've ordered here. I was hesitant to order again since the last time i ordered they made a mistake on my pizza when i asked for half without chilli flakes as my 4 year old at the time would be eating that half i got a pizza full of chilli flakes. As usually it would not be a big deal if it wasn't my child looking to eat it and seeing as this was supposed to be our dinner we had no other options. They offered to give me some money back or have another delivered the way i ordered. Of course i chose to have another delivered being my son had no food. Fast forward the delivery guy comes and shoves the pizza into my hands as if it was my problem they mistakened my order and he was obviously upset and walk off in a hurry. I said i wouldnt order again but today i did. Not sure if the person was the same or not but i did contactless delivery which implies it would be contactless since i paid online. Not only was it not, the drive knocked on the door, shoved a paper for me to sign right away and a pen which i promptly signed barely looking as i was kinda shocked. Then when i asked "isnt this supposed to be contactless?" He then told me " yes, i contacted you in the elevator for the buzzer." I have no idea what that meant but i just agreed"...okay. " and took the pizza. The pizza was good as to good as pizzapizza standards are but not sure if thus guy remembered me from before like 7-8 months ago when ge had to redeliver a pizza to me for their mistake and was still annoyed or he's just unfriendly altogether. Either way, their delivery drivers need some customer service education.

I will recommend the em22ployees washing the hands every ti me after they touched the money from payment. I have seen the guys not doing that and go right back in to making pizzas. Should have better training with hygiene of the employees.

We ordered a pizza with extra cheese and got picture 1, and I was told that’s extra cheese. Then I was showed regular cheese. Honestly can’t tell a difference

it is located inside the plaza the staff is friendly. we like getting pizza here. we enjoy dine in too. There are tables, also high stools near the window facing the outside.

Ordered a well cooked pizza and received an under cooked pizza. Upon complaining for the quality to customer service this is what they sent (check pictures). I would give a 0 rating if I can and I would not recommend to order your pizza from this location. After calling customer service they offered $7 as the compensation after paying $21.×× for this pizza. Ridiculous customer service and one of the worst management I have ever seen.
