Waiting in line to buy a slice and I needed to use the restroom. I was told it's out of order. There was no sign or indicator. I stated that the employee was lying and I'd call corporate. She immediately opened the washroom. I never bought my slice after that, & I will make sure to avoid this location and spread the word too!

I order a large pizza with 3 toppings- paneer, black olive and red onion. They prepared a worst pizza ever. They put 3 pizzas black olives in one pizza.

I have never seen pizza pizza give such small slices. Ontop of that on a paper plate instead of the pizza pizza triangle trays they normally give them to you on. The pizza tasted old the chicken tasted like rubber Was not impressed at all. Seems like they are trying to save money giving smaller slices and using paper plates from the dollar store. Wouldn’t go back there. You can see the slice how small it is compared to the small plate. If you are giving slices much smaller than normal. The prices shouldn’t be the same as what all the other locations charge for the same thing but normal size

Ordered for pick up 2 medium pizzas. First with plant based pepperoni & bell peppers. This one tasted fine. The other with Broccoli and mushrooms. Broccoli tasted mushy and awful, we could tell it's been out all day or very old. Completely made it unedible. We tried to pick out the Broccoli but it left an after taste in the cheese.

Had a terrible experience as my fiance went to the washroom and suddenly one gentleman opened the door even after she locked out she freaked 😳 out and jump out frightened, ( only one washroom 🚻 was open at that time) then I went to see what was happen and realized that if someone twice tries to open the door it open..... Then I complained to the manager and he really didn't take it seriously and said "Sorry lock was broken will fix it, " he never even wanna talk to her and apologized, he doesn't have any idea how bad it is. Well, guess what happened a month later, I went there and checked the door lock 🔐 it was the same and not fixed. Wow then I asked him and said already informed but they didn't have locks, give me a break !!! am I talking to a manager of the popular largest pizza chain in Canada ??? They don't have replacement locks for months??? It was completely neglecting the issue and which is NOT acceptable at all, ....again I went yesterday and found he fixed it at last. Regarding food Not many chicken options to choose from besides Indian flavors 😕

This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The taste was horrible, the slices were not cut evenly at all, some really big and others really small. I ordered deep fried pickles too and they were just tossed in a box with no ranch sauce to dip them in. I also think some were missing as usually you get more then what was in the box. Really disappointed after spending 50 dollars.. tasted like old yesterday pizza, not fresh at all. Horrible... I would have given 0 stars but you have to give at least one to review.
