Delayed Delivery and Poor Service I placed an order that was only delivered after more than an hour and a half. Initially, I filled in all the required information on the website. However, 20 minutes later, I received a call asking for details like the address and toppings, which I had already provided. After waiting for over an hour, I called to inquire about the delivery status. They asked for the address again and assured me the driver would arrive "any minute." Despite this, the driver only arrived more than 30 minutes later, even though the delivery location is just 10 minutes away. This experience was disappointing due to the delays and repeated lack of coordination.

Today we ordered 3 pizzas and 1 third of every pizza was thick crust/dough with no tomatoes sauce, cheese or toppings, just bread. Please do not get lazy and try to save on ingredients. If I wanted just dough, I'd order a loaf of bread. The outside crust should be just the crust it should not be like half the pizza. If I see this happen again, I'm going to take photos and complain to head office about your store. Treat this as a warning to your store and a reference for me to escalate to head office if this happens again. Very disappointed with all 3 pizzas.

These were the wings we received today as part of our order. They were borderline black, dry, and seemed to be either overcooked or refried. We had to peel off the burnt part to eat the super dry meat inside. After a few, we were unable to continue eating as they were almost inedible.

Went in today with my dad and we had the worst experience this one man working first refused to take a toonie and then told my dad to get out. They really need to learn good costumer service or don’t work cause you might loose costumers. RIDICULOUS!
