I regret to say that my experience at this restaurant was far from what I had anticipated. AS SOMEONE VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN, I called ahead to inquire about the sourcing of the chicken and beef, and I was met with a helpful response. However, when I arrived in person and politely asked about the origin of the salami, I WAS TAKEN ABACK by the staff member's reaction. Initially, she mentioned Saputo, then corrected herself to Solomaz, which was perfectly acceptable. However, when I sought a bit more clarity on the matter, the TONE SHIFTED DRAMATICALLY. The staff member became visibly upset, raised her voice, and began to chastise me for asking. I was simply inquiring out of curiosity—not questioning the halal authenticity of the food—yet her response felt unnecessarily HARSH and, FRANKLY, UNWARRANTED. It's important to understand that the halal food industry has grown significantly in recent years, and with that growth has come an INCREASE IN FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. Given this, it's only natural for some customers to ask more detailed questions about the sourcing of products. In this context, I believe a more courteous and patient response would have been more appropriate. After all, TRANSPARENCY is key for businesses, especially in an industry as important as halal, where trust is paramount. Sadly, the interaction left me FEELING UNWELCOME and UNCOMFORTABLE. I ended up LEAVING AFTER JUST ONE BITE, as the mood was irrevocably soured. I’ve always believed that a guest should be treated with the utmost respect, and this experience was quite the opposite. In my opinion, when a customer asks for specifics—especially about something as important as halal certification—it should be seen as an opportunity to build trust, not to create conflict. A more measured and gracious approach would have certainly been more in line with the hospitality one expects in any reputable establishment. If you take the time to read through previous reviews, you'll notice a recurring theme regarding an issue with customer interactions, which seems to stem from a lack of professionalism and patience. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively, as I genuinely believe this could be a lovely place with a more thoughtful approach to customer service. Food was excellent.

It was wonderful. I got the Roast Lamb and mozzarella which was number 10. Next time I'll try pepperoni or sausage. Lamb was good. Garlic Dip or Hotsauce is extra 75 cents. Hot sauce is strong. Personally, I didn't like it. However, that was made up with the Garlic dip which was amazing.

I tried Turkish Pide (Veggie Pide i.e. item 16 on their menu) for the first time and must say the Pide was truly amazing. Note that there are two veg options in Pide. The other option is item 17 (Spinach and cheese Pide). Must try.

It was a unique experience taking out pizza from this place. Unique because of multiple reasons: 1. Shape of pizza: it's a boat shaped pizza because it is actually a Pide, that is a Turkish flatbread/pizza 2. Accompanying sides: it has raw onion, chili and lemon in sides than usual oregano, chili flakes and EVOO 3. Taste: nowhere Italian but tastes amazing In a nutshell, do try it if you feel like up to an adventure. One pide is sufficient for only one person and hence I found it double price of what a pizza is at. I tried Spinach and Feta Cheese Pide as it was the best seller among two vegetarian options. Loved the taste. Humble dining area, the place has tables and you can sit and dine in. Pizza was ready in 10-15 mins. You can call ahead if you want to do a takeout and not wait

Great Turkish pizza. Less bread and more toppings and cheese. Way Better than the standard NY pizza. Food is delicious. Try number 18 Pide which is their assorted toppings in a boat shaped pizza with folded sides. All toppings are delicious! The baklava is also pretty good.

UPDATE: Their pizza is really bad. Tomato paste is dominant. You can not taste any other ingredients! I do recommend their pide while their pizza is the worst. Maybe Turkish people like pizza with a lot of tomato paste, but I really don't. ORIGINAL: The exterior doesn't tell you how delicious the food will be. Just go in and try one of the Pides. We tried number 11, 18, and 20 from menu. All of them were great. One better than others. This is definitely one of the spots that I will visit frequently in future. The price is affordable and the food is extremely yummy.

I stopped by with a friend later one night and was greeted by the friendly staff working there. After looking over the menu for a vegetarian option, we decided on #16. Our pide was freshly baked for us and was ready pretty quickly. The flavor from medley of the toppings was balanced and complemented each oyher well. I especially enjoyed the flakey pastry type crust. It was very flakey and thin so the mouth feel was just right with each bite. The price point is very economical for the quality and portion size. I recommend visiting here at least once. I also learned from the cashier that it is pronounced pid-eh Delicious!
