Terrible store. Delivery times are always late and food is cold. Do not order from this location. Tried twice to maybe give them a second opportunity and they failed to satisfy.

Apart from the European - themed walls and its comfortable interior, I was greeted by the cashier with a positive attitude, which made my day. A simple glance of pearly-white teeth had boosted my spirits a little. After my order, the cashier and I spoke about issues going on in Canada and it made me feel I was already integrated into the Canadian society, despite having come to this country recently. However, we could not talk for long for my order was already prepared sooner than I imagined, which was convenient for me because I had some errands to run. I had gone to this location only once and I am willing to pay a visit again. I think the cashier should have some great friends!

Had a pizza delivered. jesus worst pizza nova pizza i had, avoid this location. I had 5 toppings the pizza looks like a cheese pizza. I wish i had it delivered from ubereats or something wouldve complained about it.

stale, old pizza with little sauce and little cheese. very disappointing will never order from pizza nova again. shared a pizza with my friends and we all agreed. worst pizza we ever had. it tasted old stale. wish we ate somewhere else and I'm being harsh for a reason. it was that disappointing.

My daughter has a coupon received from her school for a free slice and I go in and try to order and he insists I drag her out of the car to prove she is a student. What a joke. What happened to common sense. Based on the recent 1 star reviews, I would not come back let alone recommend anyone. They might ask for ID.

This Pizza Nova location used to be great a few years ago but has since hit rock bottom. It seems like ownership changed. I'm not normally this harsh but enough is enough. The number of times I've gotten stale, burnt and old pizzas in the last couple years is shocking. It was never like this before. Today I ordered a cheese pizza and it took much longer than usual to get the pizza. I checked it before leaving and it was overcooked (I've begun to check them at this location because they made a burnt pizza for me in the past and I didn't have the time to drive back to return it). I thought, no problem, may be a little over but I'll let it slide. When I took my first bite, it was like chewing old, hard cardboard. It tasted like they took an already made pizza and just warmed it up because a customer may have cancelled. It tasted horrible. This is disgraceful. The cheese was stale and tasted like plastic. Disgusting. Also, the guy was not transparent about the cost when I was ordering. He overcharged me but I noticed it cost more and he claimed "tax". I said no, that's not just tax, you made a mistake. He printed the receipt and there you go. Pizza Nova, you need to investigate this location. This is absurd and you lost a long time customer.

We were here for a quick bite! Service was quick and pizza 🍕 was fresh! We ordered a party size with half pepperoni and half Italian sausage. The place was clean and we will be back!
