This Pizza Nova has been nothing but supportive whenever we have to order large amount of pizza for school events. They are always way earlier than the expected time and the food is always so fresh. Karan, the delivery person is always super nice and friendly. If you have a large event you need to cater with pizza, this pizza nova is a place to go. They are also vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Pizza was okay (nothing to write home about though). But what prompted me to leave this review was the side I ordered. I had also ordered a cheese garlic bread on the side and this was absolutely foul and a complete waste of money! I took one bite And spit it out and threw the rest of the loaf in the garbage because it Was cold, Stale And honestly, wasn’t even garlic bread. It was a piece of stale bread with a thick slab of slimy butter mixed with garlic powder or flavouring. Disgusted by this And it is unfortunate that I went out of my way and paid extra money for a side when I would’ve been fine with the pizza on its own because it was atleast edible. In addition to just how awful the actual flavour of it was and how stale the bread was, I don’t even think it was actually cook cooked because the butter was cold, not melted at all, and there was a giant piece of parchment paper between the two slices that we had received that we had to peel off before taking a bite. The pizza for what it’s worth wasn’t the worst I’ve had, But at the same time, I can also get pizza that actually tastes way better from Little Caesars, which is way cheaper and that is saying something. I would not recommend going here personally!

Always love this location at Steeles and Dufferin! They are the only pizza nova in a 6 location radius that actually have a good variety of slice options to try out different flavors after a long day at work (in my case)! Today Sam served me and him with his co-worker were friendly and chill in chatting as I waited for my slices to heat up! Other Pizza nova locations need to take a lesson from these guys on providing variety of slice choices!

Great pizza and they heat up the slices quickly if you're on a quick lunch break. Just wish the slices were a little cheaper or if they had some sort of lunch special. Recommend the canadian slice with garlic sauce

I ordered a small pizza and an older Asian gentleman took my order. Was waiting in the store when a Guy comes in with a big bag full of cloths from value village. Gentleman states he’s homeless and asks for a free slice. Older Asian guy gives him a free slice and he leaves. I thought this man was really generous for doing this. After my pizza was finished and was asked to pay, older Asian guy charged me $3 extra on the machine. When I pointed out this was the wrong price he said “Oh you’re lucky..”. Doesn’t apologize or anything. No reaction. I felt like he did this on purpose…

I walked into a very unwelcoming atmosphere. The employee was very rude and grumpy. He gave me an undercooked pizza and the pizza was a big mess. Very bad quality. I will never buy my pizza again at this location. Train your employees. No disrespect but the employee was old and couldn't even walk.

Why is it that every time you order a bigger pizza the middle is never cooked? People are paying for food and it's raw.. it's disgusting. Do better or maybe train your staff better since some of them don't seem to care if they make your paying customers sick or not, you work in the food industry- take some responsibility.

On Wednesday afternoon got 5 party size pizzas with various drippings for 26 people and it was done perfectly. Ordered 4 pizzas a way prior and it was done on time, but upon calling for 5th pizza, the customer service put it on rush and was able to make it in 15 mins. Restaurant also got me plates and napkins with some chilli pepper on side. One of the best pizza nova locations i experienced. They always have a wide variety of gourmet slice, always fresh and the workers are amazing and friendly. Almost a min to no waiting when you call customer service l.
