Order pizza in person, uncooked toppings, and dough, very bad taste. Waste my $45.

Pizza took over an hour for pick up, had to wait 30min in the pizza place. Staff not helpful, pizza was undercooked. Spent $70 on one order, will not be returning. Weak.

Called and placed an order pizza on sept 9. Went to pick up it wasn’t ready. The guy said he didn’t get the order. On sept 26 called and placed the order told them what happed last time that I had to wait for pizza. The call center girl said 20 mins it will be ready. I told her what happened last time and make sure it’s ready. She said she cannot guarantee it will be ready. I told her the store said they didn’t receive the order last time. She said she cannot guarantee. No thank your. I have other options. Good Luck with this customer service.

The pizza was really good . The portions were good . The toppings were good also . The party size was a good size and the everything was well done . The presto base was very good .there is an employee that works there is bit rude and gives Attitude makes you think you did something wrong . Please train your employee how to talk and deal with customers.

incredibly slow service they told us a 15 minute wait and it took over an hour AND they gave our order to a driver so we were waiting for NOTHING… update: i got a refund and they gave a full veggie pizza for free but we ordered half hawaiian and half veggie. thanks i guess 🙃 poor vegetarian bloke is not going to be able to eat all of their pizza now just go to little caesar’s across the street it’s faster service, yummy crazy bread and at least they give you the right order. UPDATE: just got home and the whole pizza is burnt :/

There is lots of parking, and the store is handicapped accessible. The restaurant was nice and clean. The washrooms are clean as well. The staff were quick to take the order, and got our food ready nice and hot, and quick. For pizza in this area, this is the best place. It is good pizza, in an era of cardboard pizza. This is not a restaurant you travel arross the city to try, but if your in need of a quick bite and your near by.

Where to begin... We ordered around 515pm. Our ordered was a whole wheat thin pizza and we had ordered their chicken bites with a medium sauce. We had requested no base and they had put tomato sauce and the bites came with NO sauce and they were extremely dry... they were basically equivalent to putting rocks in your mouth. We had called their customer service and EVEN SENT PICTURES and they said we were wrong. Please if you want to order pizza avoid PIZZA NOVA... they say they offer PREMIUM TOPPINGS BUT IT'S POORLY MADE ORDERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES is lower than the bottom of an empty barrel.

Got charged $5 for a slice of pizza coz they call it super deluxe and they add a topping of pineapple on it and the standard slice without pineapple $3. Otherwise store look nice and clean. Have plenty of other pizza joint close by and this location will definitely be at bottom of my list.
