Always loved the taste and quality of Pizza Novas but sadly moved to Humber Bay serviced by this location. It’s absolutely horrible and not at all on par with the rest of this chain. Inconsistent thickness, undercooked, overcooked. Just never know what you’ll get and just not giving them any more chances. Sure miss the quality I’ve known for over thirty years but this place is just not at all worth the loyalty

Good god the pizza here is bad. Also, it takes forever. Don't pay attention to the estimated delivery time - add at least 30 minutes to that, meaning expect your pizza about 1.5 hours after ordering it. It ends up arriving cold and doughy. It takes so much for me to say pizza is bad but this location has managed to do that.

I always find a seat here for a slice. Services are very quick, and the pizzas are always very juicy. See and fresh with a little crisp.

Me and my friend were having a pizza party. We asked for 5 large pizzas and when we called the place a very rude dispatcher answered. When we asked for our order they hung up on us even tho we did nothing wrong.

It appeared that several individuals were engaged in conversation rather than actively assisting customers. Consequently, I may consider exploring an alternative pizza establishment in the future. Furthermore, the lack of available parking and the inconvenient location, coupled with the unhelpful nature of the staff, contributed to a less than satisfactory experience.

Ordered online to get pizza at the pick up. The online order charge you $3 extra so you can save time. I arrived 10 minutes after it was said the order is ready when i figured out it was a fake message on the app and i have to wait 15 mins more to have the order which was already $3 more expensive! When i asked for my money back i got all the excuses that the app is wrong and we cannot trust the app. When i asked for at least something to make up for it the cashier said he is not allowed to do that. Poor customer service, poor usage of online ordering.

We order pizza for our business weekly. This time around they put me on a veggie order. The worst part is that they kept arguing saying it's not their fault. All I asked was pick up this meat one and give me a veggie but somehow that is an unreasonable request. Looks like a lot of meat to me!
