Since 1963, we've served Ontario with pizzas consisting of fresh, locally-grown ingredients and using traditional recipes and preparation techniques. Hats off to the Ani in 2272 store who took special care of my gluten free pizza and used special cutter to cut my pizza and also told me that he also has the same problem making him more careful. Thank you mate. Today on my second visit, he remembered me. Thanks once again Ani.

I got a pizza today, it's very tasty and well cooked. I am really happy with the customer service and quality of the food. I'll return for sure to get more tasty food from this location

I normally like the pizza from here but it tasted like cardboard. Flavourless dough, flavourless sauce and the dough had the texture of cardboard as well. I don't think we will be returning anytime soon.

Come here a lot especially for the gluten free pizza but the pizza just wasn’t good today! Ordered a pepperoni gluten free pizza and a regular Calabrese pizza and both pizzas were disappointing. The ingredients just didn’t taste fresh like it normally does

The front server has no manners what so ever! Not greeting us as a walk in customers at all! The store is dead, ordered large 3 topping pizza which took 25 min to get! Pizza is great ,but there was no sticker upon pick up which is required by Pizza Nova head office. The cooks did a great job tho ,taste and look is all there 👌🏻 They don’t have many slice options available and the slices they did have available were old and stale !

Staff was nice. Was really looking forward to my lunch. Absolutely infuriating when you spend $8 on a slice of pizza and the box is broken and it ends up on the sidewalk.

The food and service in pizza nova side was great but nova ristorante, I give that a meh. Whether a paying customer is dining in or not, they should be able to use the restroom, not just for "dine in customers only". Maybe it's just me but I have never come across that before. Please tell the hostess to have a better attitude also. Thanks.
