Pizza Nova

The owners, or whomever operate the establishment, are rude and disrespectful. We arrived at 11:50 to order pizza and a drink. Once we were eating our pizza quietly in the corner, we were yelled at and told we had to leave at they were closing. The time was 11:56. Prior to our order we were not advised,” Hey you have a few minutes to eat as are closing”.If we knew the treatment we were about to receive, we would have ordered from another establishment. Once midnight came they turned off the lights and started yelling a bit more and told us they need work/life balance. We obviously didn’t take that treatment and told them if you want people to leave perhaps close at 11:30. We left by 12:04. Very disappointed

Disappointing Service at Pizza Nova I recently visited Pizza Nova, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short. The order-taker was friendly, polite, and new to the team. However, the pizza maker's behavior was unacceptable. Not only did he speak rudely to me, but I also witnessed him treating the order-taker with disrespect. The contrast between the two staff members was striking. The order-taker's kindness and professionalism made the pizza maker's attitude even more jarring. While the food may have been satisfactory, the service left a sour taste. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. The bathroom is really dirty.

Although I may not be a big tipper but the delivery driver of this place needs proper manners. Asking me to tip him more than I did was rude and inconsiderate. People need to be happy what they get or don't bother delivering. Simple!

Ordered a white sauce thick crust and tomato sauce thin crust pizza. Both with too much char. I don't think I'll order from here again. The top part made of cheese and olive oil barely had taste

Pizza is good. What pissed me off is that they can’t cut the pizza properly. How hard is it to cut from the middle? Its ridiculous to write an review for this reason but this happened to me every single time

Delicious pizza and friendly staff. This Pizza Nova branch makes delicious pizza. I've been here like 5x and the food is always good and fresh, friendly staff, clean and a relaxing place. I went back around 9:50 pm last night and I had a great experience. Not sure why some people put bad reviews, maybe they are jerk customers. Just try this place!

I ordered a extra-Large 3 topping pizza with extra cheese which came to $44. Which I thought was a bit steep for pick up but I'm not a regular customer. The woman on the phone told me it would be 25 minutes, but I forgot to ask for it well done, so me and my favorite cousin Nolan walked over 10 minutes later ask for them to keep it in. When I got there they were already cutting my pizza and said they wouldn't put it back In the oven. The pizza was under cooked, tasted like frozen vegetables and bologna and the dough separated from the cheese ( which was definitely not extra) everytime you pulled a slice. It's places like this that give Toronto pizza a bad reputation.

Good pizza that you can top off with chilli and olive oil amongst an abundance of other toppings. They will also add special toppings to slices if you request it. Service is friendly as well!
