Was treated horribly by the ladies at the front, spoke in the foreign language and were insulting me. And also tried to charge me an extra 5$. Food was amazing nonetheless!!

This pizza nova fell off hard sadly. This location used to be my pizza nova dating back to my childhood however it's certainly lost it's touch recently. The people working here now aren't very knowledgeable how to make a proper pizza without all the toppings and cheese sliding right off. This was the sloppiest and soggiest pizza I've had in a long time. I pick up each slice and it falls apart like it wasn't made with any heart or care in the world. The ingredients also tasted like they went downhill as well over time which is sad.

Awful customer service. The Asian lady with the black hair with AirPods in her ear there that served me was very rude. Didn’t greet me like the other customers. Shoved the debit card at me to pay. Didn’t even announce my order was finished. I had to ask myself. I was awaiting patiently for more than 20 mins. The box was ripped. Will not be coming to this location ever again. They can thank the lady at the counter for that, due to her unpleasant attitude and bad customer service.

We all have different opinions. Pizza Nova is a great place for good pizzas. We had an amazing takeout dinner and I would recommend to anyone in the area. Good job .!

Honestly I was expecting more from Pizza Nova’s pizza last week when we ordered, it was very underwhelming. The pizza seemed a little dry and bland and the wings were just OK.

Pizza wasn’t cooked properly. It was a take away order. But surely not value for money. Large Chicken Pizza (pollo) has 50-80 Grams of chicken, it felt so cheap pizza. Saying since 1963 won’t help. $28 wasted could be used wisely.
