This is the worst Pizza Nova I have ever visited. Completely tasteless and bland. Pizza Nova is going down the drains in quality if it hasn’t done so already.

Worst slice I’ve ever had from a Pizza Nova. Ordered a slice and garlic bread. Guy said it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later a different guy came out without a uniform on, handed me a cold slice of pizza and tried to charge me a second time.

Edit: gave it a second try, look at the picture of the pizza I recieved. It's obvious the onions are raw. There were 6 pizza makers back there, and they're all trash. Long time customer here, I'll be going to Pizzaville from now on. My partner and I ordered a pizza online and we were told it'd be 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes, it was under cooked, and it was missing the pepperoni! The pizza is underwhelming, the sauce has no flavor.

I ordered my pizza with dried tomatoes on top, and they were totally burnt. after reading the majority of reviews, it seems it's common in this store. I will not go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money.

this was terrible i went in did a take iut order for a Panzo specifically asked for baked extra cheese light suace and pineaple you have to pay for the extra toppings 1.50** ok so im there waiting amd they give me my panzo which DOESNT HAVE EXTRA CHEESE i made a comment to the girl she went to the back and said something to the guysbback there having a chat and they just waved and nodddd at her and she said nothjng looked awkaward and didnt mnow what to do i mentioned again this isnt extra cheese so i left. very inconsiderate and rude considering they were hanging out in the back talkjng jn their native language.

It's not gourmet pizza but good for lunch. Pizza is very inconsistent. Sometimes, you get a fair portion of topping, sometimes a sparce amount, sometimes over baked. It's close and convenient so it's fine for a quick lunch. The seating area is not bad. The store is relatively clean, and the staff is pleasant. I gave a 2 star because of inconsistency. I expect better from this franchise.

This has been my go-to spot for take-out pizza in the neighbourhood for some time. Not because the food is remarkable but it’s close and better than some of the other chains. But after what happened today, I don’t expect to return any time soon. Placed an on-line order and picked it up. The pizza boxes were taped shut and I didn’t think to check the contents. When I opened the boxes at home I found a mess. Looks like someone dropped the order and didn’t want to own up. Totally ruined an anticipated fun family dinner. Pizza Nova customer service was no help. Mistakes can happen but the truth is found in how people accept responsibility. No apology. I didn’t ask for anything but hoped for, at least, an acknowledgment or apology. Instead I was accused of lying. Who has time to try to scam a few dollars from a pizza joint? Is that how you feel about your customers? What a shame. Sorry Pizza Nova, your product may be better than some chains but certainly not worth being disrespected. There’s plenty of equally adequate pizza in the neighbourhood should I ever feel the urge for junk food again.

We tried plant based nuggets and they were completely burnt and stiff, pretty much inedible. We only tried this place twice. The first time we ordered, we found hair in our pizza, (I noticed next time no hair nets used). I have no qualms about the people working there, they were nice enough, but we were very disappointed both times we ate there, for the price versus quality I wouldn't recommend.
