I’m here at Pizza Nova, and the aroma of this place is simply irresistible. The air is filled with the mouth-watering fragrance of freshly baked pizza that makes your taste buds tingle with anticipation. It smells absolutely delicious, leaving you craving for more even before the first bite!

They are always out of the plant based pepperoni and chicken bites. They clearly do not stock it. I am always disappointed with my order. Not ordering from this location again.

Whenever we want to get pizza, we always get it from this Pizza Nova store because those people know how to make delicious pizza! Thick crust, unbeatable tomato sauce, and lots of toppings. We always order by phone call, and they never mess up our order.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Great customer service and always fresh toppings. I have tried other pizza places and been disappointed. I keep returning to them because they keep getting better and better. Also I don't use a 3rd party app. I believe in giving the actual business the money if possible. Their delivery people are amazing and the pizzas are always delivered on time, hot and tasty.

Been to this location many times in the past and it has been above average. Fast forward to this evening> walked in to order a mix and match pizza, basically a bunch of slices in a box. Get the pizza home, open it and find HAIR on two of the slices. So I jump back in my car and go back to the location and explain to them that there is HAIR in my pizza, Coincidentally not one of the employee are wearing hair nets.. I ask for my money back and they refuse and start yelling a match with me and refuse to give my money back claiming its not there hair...Apparently this is a recent scam where customers order a pizza get it home and find some random hair put it on the pizza and drive back and complain to get there money back. At this Pizza Nova location the customer is always wrong.. just shut up and eat the hair in the pizza and don't dare complain about it... For reference the guy in the picture is this locations #1 customer service expert that loves to yell at customers...and refused to give me a refund. Pizza Nova ..No Food and $30 less in my wallet seems really fair in this day in age

Very cleaned and tidy store top of this the cashier was also knowledgeable and patient. He explained me all the possible available options and my pizza was ready in the next 10 minutes. Thank you. (I don’t think they have washroom for the customers). There is free parking available although it’s limited.

People I went to this location on Friday I order two special for $20 for two topping just to let you guys know! I was surprised when I got home open the box Pizza BOTH PIZZA WAS BURN! Unprofessional! Would I go back? 🤔 I would think twice about it!
