Just wanted a fresh slice instead of the one sitting there for Gif knows how long.. apparently they can’t made fresh pizza at pizza Nova. Only fresh one is pepperoni cause everyone eats pork I guess. Sigh.

I recently ordered pizza online and picked it up from this location. Even though the store was busy, the process of retrieving my order was quick and easy. The store was clean and well-maintained with a friendly cashier. Most importantly, the pizza tasted fresh and delicious, making for a satisfying lunch.

We got two slices here, one meat supreme and one Hawaiian. When the staff handed the pizzas, we got meat supreme and vegetarian. I asked what happened and he told us he threw it out. I asked why and he just ignored me and said if you really want it I'll make it for you but you have to wait 15mins. Ridiculous! Never coming back to this location!

A large older man who works here was extremely rude. I witnessed him being disrespectful to a woman, and then he was rude to me as well. He has no place in any business that requires interacting with customers. I would never return.

Pizza was good. I tried Diavola which is flavourful with cheese and jalapeño on top of it. But the man who was baking pizza and working as a cashier at the same time, he was very impolite and rude. He looked really mad at me. When I came in and said hi to him, he just stared at me and said “what?”. It was night time around 11:30 on last Saturday. After I said I ordered the food, he just went back to kitchen and finalized packing food and literally threw the box and receipt to me. If you don’t want to work, just go home and take a rest man. Don’t make customers feel awful who pays for food.

Pizzas are good and the service in the place is also good. It has wifi that works good; however if you want to stay in the store for a while and work with your laptop, this is not the place. The chairs are not comfortable at all and the tables have rest of foos from previous customers.

Definitely a best location I tried! In general the pizza from pizza nova is lot better than any other pizza chains around North York as of now. Ken is the guy you should appreciate. He does a good job.
