Just had the best experience at this Pizza Nova location! Their pizza is incredible—I'm obsessed with the Chicken Mediterranean, it's so flavourful. My wife got the gluten-free Hawaiian, and it was just as tasty (who knew gluten-free could be that good?). Oh, and the chicken wings with Garlic Parmesan? Out of this world! I never knew their wings could be that amazing... you have to try it!There’s plenty of parking in the back lot. Plus, the owner Nakissa is such a sweetheart! She was so friendly and fun to chat with. This spot is a gem!

I used to like pizzas here but service is very poor! Last time when I went here with my girlfriend & her kids it was such a bad experience. Wings were served cold & stale. Old man there was very rude to the kids. They were just 6 & 7. Kids went to ask for more napkins & he literally screamed at them to "wait for a minute"! Pathetic experience.. never going there again !

We have tried Chicken grilled Pizza and soft drinks. Service was very good, food quality is very nice. Pieces of chicken in the Pizza were soft and well grilled. Well cooked. Again we will try .

This is the place to be. Excellent customer service, the baker always delivers, food is fresh and I go nowhere else. I'll get the names next time I go and I always say make my pizza with lots of love and it appears they do...

Fantastic!! PIZZA NOVA here or in general is the best pizza available here in Scarborough!! No issues what so ever ! Thoroughly enjoy this brand !! You pay for the quality & and not the quantity!! Ciao !!

I usually have their slices and have ordered from here once before, and the service has been great. However, my last experience was not good. I had ordered a large pizza for pick up, and the pizza base was completely uncooked. There ingredients were not well portioned, as i barely saw any mushrooms, and the tomatoes were not fresh, very mushy. No flavor. One of the worst experiences I've had with this pizza nova and any pizza place for that matter. And I called customer service and all I was given was $5 my next purchase. Barely listened to the issue. Unhappy with both the food and service. Hope they don't keep this up.

A quiet not so busy Pizza Nova branch, you will enjoy eating here because it is peaceful inside. The crews are nice and respectful.

Preparation was very good but the guy who took the order was really rude and arrogant. Kindly work on your customer service skills. Parking was a little difficult to get.
