On November 3, 2022, around 3:30 PM, I visited Pizza Nova on Danforth to order four large pizzas. When I politely asked the cashier about discount packages, she rudely told me to contact customer service. She also claimed she had ten other orders to handle and refused to take mine, eventually saying she’d quit her job and even threatened to sue me. This unprofessional behavior was shocking and disappointing. I expect better customer service from Pizza Nova.

Tried the special Charcoal Dough pizza topped with various kinds of meats (including bacon) and a blend of cheeses. The dough was very dark (from the activated charcoal) which was unique and the contrast in colours from the cheeses and meats gives it an interesting "volcanic" aesthetic. Tasted pretty good but not much different from a standard meaty pizza. Quick and friendly service. Overall, a decent and affordable meal.

I just wanted to add 👍👍👍sauce...got it right...smells and taste like pizza 😀 yum THANK YOU!!! [Mar 2023] The guys ordered several party size pizzas again delivered to Ted Reeve. This time Oh!...It smelt like pizza. I new it was going to taste like pizza. It was good this time. 🙂 They put sauce on it. Thank you! [ Mar 2022] WHERE'S THE SAUCE??? 🤔 I lifted the corner of one seen in the 1st photo Was the sauce just spritz on? 🤨 A very large pizza order was made this afternoon delivered to Ted Reeve Arena None of the guys are going to complain. I use to love Pizza Nova. I didn't pay for it but, my opinion should still count. It doesn't taste like pizza if you can't taste the sauce. I'm happy 🙂 to say they weren't stingy with the toppings. August 20, 2022 Best slices on this end of the Danforth! January 17, 2022 Snow day! PIZZA NOVA DAY! YAY! Ground beef one side, bacon on the other side, with pineapple, hot peppers and mushrooms all over; thin crust, easy on the sauce, toppings to the edge and well done - YUM!!! December 24, 2020 During this past year, and especially the last 4 months, I've ordered from many local pizza shops for delivery. Today, I called Pizza Nova. Without a doubt, THE ABSOLUTE BEST SO FAR!! Spinach, mushrooms and bacon, easy sauce, chili flakes, thin crust and well done.... I ordered the large thinking I would save a few slices for later..... HA!!! GONE!!! ATE IT ALL!!! Shamelessly!!! Worth every penny!!! Thank you 😋! September, 2019 Plain and simple: best pepperoni pizza (thank you, Omid!)! Need more be said?
