Pizza Nova

I went to this pizza place on a bruitally cold day. I had a nice piece of pizza. It was excellent. Staff was very polite and nice. Washroom was very clean and nice. When I asked if its okay for me to stay little longer since I was expecting a ride, they were very supportive and friendly. Their kindness really helped me to stay in a warm place rather than waiting outside in bruitally cold weather. Thanks very much for excellent customer service.

This location is right near my building and I hadnt been there before. I ordered a Panzerotti with meat and vegetables. When I brought it home and opened the box, the dough was soaking wet and dripping. The cheese and toppings were not mixed together. The toppings were all stuffed in the crease and the cheese was used on the edges to seal it. The toppings and cheese didnt even touch each other, thats how separated they were. Having all the toppings squished together on 1 side probably caused the wet dough. It completely disintegrated because of how wet the dough was. I couldnt even pick it up it was dripping so much. I had to throw it out. Very disappointing.

Just a horrible atmosphere when you walk-in. The two employees didn’t even acknowledge anyone and would rather be on their phone without saying “hi” or trying to sell anyone company products. The packaging was also so poorly done that I couldn’t event eat my wings. At all other locations that I’ve been to, the wings are wrapped in tin foil so it stays warm and for food safety reasons. I just wouldn’t go in here at all… there’s a lot more better options out around that area that would appreciate your service with food quality efficiency. amazing and helpful staff! easy to order. i got the Hawaiian pizza with sausage instead of bacon. love the food from here always! its so close to where i live so i am obsessed, its frightening haha

Walked in last night (12th June 2022, 11PM) to buy some wings to go along with my drink. The guy at the desk was not super helpful. I was given 15 mins before my wings are ready. After 25 minutes of waiting i lost patience and went and enquired at the desk. In a couple of minutes they called me to give what I ordered. Once I received them there was a strong charred smell. I opened the box and saw that the wings were burnt. I asked the guy who gave it to me about this and he said that’s the way they cook it after seasoning. With no option i walked out. When i took the first bite it wasn’t edible and had a bitter taste due to charring. I called customer support and sent the pics to them. They confirmed that the wings are burnt and the cook at the place has lied to me. They gave the complete amount of order as store credit and said it cannot be reversed on my original payment method. Mistakes will happen while cooking. Once they saw that the food was burnt they could have replaced. Or when I enquired they could have took it back and either replaced or refunded me. They spoiled my Saturday night. I now agree with the reviews that talk about the rude behaviour of the staff at this location and inconsistent food quality and taste. Its true. I buy pizza slice every Sat and Sunday, pizza is good most of the times but the customer service is bad. There is an employee working on 03rd October 2021, at 04.00pm (young boy) he was rude to me every time I face him, he barely kept the pizza slice in oven for 10 sec and the slice was not even hot, it’s uncooked and I attached the picture of the pizza. It happened to me every single time I faced that employee, I never complained but this is getting continued and I have to report this now.

I ordered goat cheese on my pizza and they barely put any! Their pizza is the most expensive compared to anywhere else. And overall stingy with the toppings, which is ridicous as they charge about $2.50 PER topping. Most slices didn't even have the goat cheese. I will never order from this place again! Pizza nova is one of the better pizza chain restaurants. Good crust good sauce good cheese. In genera it's higher quality than its competitors. I usually get the large pick up one topping special and add a couple ingredients to save money. This location makes a good pie and are reasonably quick.
