I have never had a pizza nova experience sufficient enough to write a review, but this location was super excellent

Walked into the place and their worker (Short Asian kid) walked out of the shop talking on his cellphone. He left without any acknowledgement or commutating with me. So, I don't know if he's on break or what? But I think if you were to leave for whatever reason that you should inform your coworker so they can take over your spot and not leave the front of the shop unattended. Anyway, it wasn't until another customer came in and we started chatting that a worker from the back heard us and then came up to take our order. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience but there's definitely room for improvement. So, just giving them a 2 star based off that.

I like pizza nova in general in terms of taste/ flavors and textures. This store is close to where i live. The evening / night shift guy at cashier who takes orders also prepares the dough and makes and bakes the pizza is nice..and helpful. Smiling too..which is a rarity now adays.specially in the hospitality business. Will be coming again.

A Convenient Pit Stop After Axe Throwing After an exhilarating axe throwing date, my boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a quick and affordable meal. Pizza Nova emerged as the most convenient choice, and we decided to try their "The All Star Pizza" in a large size. The pizza was good, no doubt about that. The combination of toppings, including the mild peppers, added a pleasant flavour profile that we both enjoyed. The crust had a nice texture, and it satisfied our post-axe throwing hunger. However, one question lingered in our minds: why is Pizza Nova so expensive for a large pizza? It left us feeling a bit perplexed, especially when we were seeking a budget-friendly meal. While we expected some premium for the convenience factor, the cost still seemed disproportionately high. In summary, Pizza Nova served its purpose as a quick and easy post-axe throwing meal. The All Star Pizza was tasty, with those mild peppers adding a delightful twist. Nevertheless, the overall experience left us with a bit of sticker shock, which affected our rating. I'd give it a 2 out of 5. If you're not on a tight budget, it's a reasonable choice, but if you're looking for a more economical option, you might want to explore other pizza places in the area.

Horrible experience at Pizza nova today at 1130am. Three guys working there as I walked in, 2 older gentleman and a young kid. Customer service from the two older gentleman were amazing and upto pizza nova standards. The young Asian kid needs to be fired immediately. Rude, and does not want to work. Lazy and used racial slurs on me. I don't what led to him treating me like this. But it deters me from ever going back. Please make this right.

Received my whole order, the delivery was on time. This pizza was okay, a little to saucy and oddly water tasting.

It was peak time where all the restaurants were closed. I couldn't find any. We were haaaangry!!! I quickly went over the internet and found this to be open. I quickly called and ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza with extra onions. It was hot and yummy 😋 Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Went for “create your own pizza” option,the cashier asked me about 3 times about all the ingredients. Simply couldn’t respond to my question about pizza size (seriously?) Waiting time supposed to be 20 min,but I was waiting more that half an hour (I’d have to wait another hour if I ordered something else🤦🏼‍♀️) When I asked the worker why they take so long,he said “you can take your money back” with such a mean face,oh wow. Dirty tables,not mopped floor,bread crumbs on countertops-this place is unbelievable. But the customer service disappointed me the most. What can I say,pizza itself was good,except they didn’t put olives as I asked. Am I coming back?Neither me,neither my friends are not stepping into that Pizza Nova location. That’s the way business loses its clients,they can’t even make their workers happy,so nothing to say about customer satisfaction.
