i ordered a large pizza well done , wasn't well done , none of the toppings were cooked , pepperoni was not crisped up onions were like they were just sliced pizza was soggy ,, just cooking it longer would have sorted it all out , wasn't a rush and was a phone in order . wont go there again

Great customer service and even better quality! The new gluten free dough is incredible. My family didn’t even notice that it’s gluten free & that is definitely a first! Highly recommend for those with food sensitives!

Pizza is very nice but the people who are taking phone orders and who are doing a delivery are just not paying enough attention. Almost always when I order a custom pizza I get something I did not order. The last example is: I ordered pizza with tin crust, extra mushrooms, extra cheese and black olives. I have my order with details on the receipt, but got the pizza with chicken and paprika with no mushrooms. Very disappointed. Only when I go in person and order pizza I get what I asked for.

I got the cheese pizza party sized for a birthday party. I added cheddar and it was amazing! On time, fresh and delicious. The price was pretty on point too. Got 2 pizzas.

Great experience at this location- very clean, pizza was perfect and the staff helpful and kind. We ate at another Pizza Nova location in Mississauga and our order was terrible - this location more than made up for it. Keep up the great work. We had a large pick up special pepperoni and red onion on half and half red onion and mushroom. Delicious!

Amazing customer service and lovely employees. I’ve been coming here for years for lunch. I saw a previous review that mentioned some rude comments. Most employees at this store are POC and are extremely kind to ALL people. Many teenagers are rude to the staff, bring outside food, and try to do illegal activities. These owners and employees deserve so much more and I wish the local high school taught these teenagers better. Love you pizza Nova!

Love It! Since Many Years We Buy Pizza At This Location. What I like the most is their crust and gives the olive oil bottke to add in the pizza if you like.
