Pizza Nova

Refused to look at and accept my 'confirmed order' for a large veggie pizza placed using the Skip the dishes app; basically gaslit me into having to purchase another pizza that I then had to wait 20 minutes for. In short, I was charged twice and only got 1 item. Awful customer service.

Showed up with a pizza nova loyalty card. This guy made every excuse in the sky to not honor it. Don't own a franchise if your not gonna honor the franchise standard.

I ordered two pizza through Skip the dishes. One of the pizza delivered was completely wrong. Skip the dishes took the complaint, did nothing to assist me directly. I then called pizza novas central number and was passed to customer service who told me they could do anything either as the order was placed through Skip the dishes (still no response 45 minutes later). So, I drove to the store. The store manager acknowledged the error and offered me another pizza as originally order, plus an upsize. Thank you sir! As to skip the dishes, clearly they don’t care about you. The pizza nova call centre could also use some better training.

I was sitting on the chairs while my younger brother was ordering. I had my earphones in and clearly heard my younger brother order a cheese pizza and 2 garlic bread with cheese. The cashier asked what he meant by cheese, and my brother replied cheddar cheese on the garlic bread. 20 mins later the other worker opens the oven and finds our pizza pitch black and burned. 10 mins after that our pizza is done and when I open it up there's cheddar cheese on the pizza, and they didn't give the 2 garlic breads. At this point its already been 30 minutes and I'm starving so I just left. All in all the cashier can't hear, can't make pizza, and definitely shouldn't be working there.

Cashier seemed like a real shyster. Tonight I ordered two slices of pizza and a Dasani water. He told me 16$, but 15$ would be okay. He didn’t process my cash in the register. When I insisted he put the order in the register so I get a receipt it came out to less than 16$, even after he made another mistake by charging for a more expensive water. Very weird interaction. The pizza was okay.

The Italian man who works there often is very sweet, kind and considerate. However, for awhile everytime I get a slice from this location it has been tasting funny. I found out recently they store their left over slices in the fridge and reheat them the next day. This shouldn’t be allowed and makes the slices taste very not fresh and have an off taste. This location should really stop doing that it actually makes the slices taste very gross and old. If u go here , I would ask them to make you a fresh pizza or ask them when the slices were made! Be cautious, it’s a nice location just very turned off by heating up old slices ….. 😐

Delicious!!! The guy we talked to was really nice and helped me when me and my mom were indecisive about olives. I loved the sundried olives but my mom didn't so he offered to put half olives instead, ended up getting olives throughout the entire pizza though.
