Pizza Nova has become my go-to spot for grabbing a pizza on my way home from work. The staff are always friendly, and the pizzas never disappoint. It's my favorite pitstop after a long day.

Pizza Nova at Port Credit has now reached rock bottom! Once a courteous and excellent pizza for cold nights has lowered their standards and quality . Order their $23.99 two topping medium special, extra sauce, well done with additional 4 toppings arrived undercooked, some burnt pepperoni and toppings sliding off the pie. Their answer is the pizza is well done and saucy hence toppings falling off. I’m a local to the area and usually pick up unfortunately today I asked for delivery. I received the pizza boxes sealed so I could not check at the door while tipping. All together a $50 gone and when I called they spoke to the location and responded with the pizza was well done. Well it was not! You rushed the order, some pepperoni was burnt not crispy and other half was ok. A mess of a pizza! In the area there are more of a dozen choices so therefore I will not ever be ordering again from Pizza Nova nor this location. Amadio Pizza is the only real pizza left over in the area. No more new Canadian owned franchises have no respect for local customers!!

Had a craving for their white sauce pizzia with extra cheese after work, took a friend along, and we had a good time catching up with fresh, delicious, tasting pizza. I really appreciate their olive oil base since I have trouble digesting regular tomato sauce. The shop was clean, the washroom was clean, the service was prompt, and the pizza was ready in no time.

Large place with friendly staff and the slices are warmed up perfectly. Not cold or over done. Prices are steep. Close to $5 for a pepperoni slice. Better to order a full pizza for lunch.

I gave this location another try..BIG mistake. I don't believe I have ever had a decent pizza from them. Spent $35 dollars on what I ended up throwing in the garbage. Called them only to be told that they would issue a $10 credit. So, let me get this straight..you want me to spend more money in order for you to make good? nah. never again.
