If one afternoon you do not intend to cook, I consider this pizza place to be an option to buy food, although the flavor of the pizzas is not 100% Italian. It tastes like bottled sauce, everything else is very good

My wife had a hankering for pizza. And really good authentic pizza places were far from where we were. So we dropped in to Pizza Nova to grab some slices as it was kind of close by to where we were coming from. We chose 6 slices. 2 pepperoni, 2 Hawaiian and 2 All Dressed aka. Deluxe slices. The pizza is okay for what it is. Not all Pizza Nova locations are the same and I don’t really know why. But it is what it is. All in all, it is not a bad place to grab some quick slices. Happy Eats everyone 😎

I ordered the Veal Cutlet Sandwich from Pizza Nova. It was excellent. Good size for the value. The bun held up very well and Italian Hot Peppers hit the spot for some heat. The sandwich came warm and as the box says “Made With Love”, I would have to agree. I would definitely order from here again

On Saturday May 30, 2020, I visited this Mississauga location (6970 Lisgar Dr & Derry Rd). I ordered a meat lover panzerotti and 10 wings at 10:30pm and my order was not ready until 11:25pm. I’m When I got into my car, I took first bite: all I tasted was burnt wings with no flavour. The burnt flavour and smell was a turn off. I went back into the shop to explain and show the clerk the wings, he responded that: “it was the garlic flavour that I was tasting like that (Italian Styled Wings).” He was trying to convince me that this new wings and flavour were easy to burn. I had to explain to the clerk that was not my issue. The issue was, I waited an hour for burnt wings. Which he deliberately tried to hide when he consciously flipped each one of them over to hide the burn faced down. (please see attachments above for picturke of wings)

Worst service ever. The only saving grace was that they comped my meal and gave me the pizzas for free in the end. Called last night at 6pm for a pick-up of a 2 pizza special and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I show up at 6:30 and they tell me my pizzas are in the oven and will just be a few more mins. I pay for my pizza and wait. I watched as the place filled up with more customers and they slowly got served. After giving them 30 minutes, I ask how much longer the pizza would be and they said they continued saying it was coming up soon. After multiple more times of asking where the pizza is and how much longer it would be, they realized they made one pizza and it had been sitting on top of the oven for the last 40 minutes. They had planned to heat up that pizza that has just sat there and then give me one fresh pizza. I had to ask them to make 2 fresh pizzas. When I finally got my pizzas it was a little after 8pm. From calling in, to walking away with the pizza, took 2 full hours. On the way out I heard the manager tell the cashier to 'deal with Kevin because he didn't want to.' It is sad when the managers hide in the back and let their employees deal with disgruntled customers. I felt bad for the cashier as he was trying to deal with a lot of upset customers all by himself. I was not the only customer last night who waited over an hour for pizza. After finally getting my food home and sat down to eat, I realized they completely burnt my potato wedges. Very disappointed with this service in every aspect.
