I ordered on New Years Eve and everyone was so kind. I ordered a GF plant-based pizza and then a secind none GF plant-based pizza. I didnt ask for dairy free cheese on second pizza just assuming that it came with it already but when my pizza was done I noticed it was dairy cheese. The employees offered to make me another one and was so sweet about it. I have never been to a pizza place with such great people working. Thank you ☆

The owner of this location is absolutely horrendous. I placed a delivery order a couple weeks back. The driver notified me the payment went through (obviously as to why he would leave the pizzas with me and drive away). Upon closer look by the store it seems it did not. I spoke directly with the owner and assured him it was an accident and that I will pay him when I’m back in the area (It was delivered to an address I don’t live at). I also said to I would happily place another order as to make it worth while for both parties. I have not been back yet but communicated this on a few occasions. I now am receiving threats by the owner for a $100 bill that I already said I would pay. Extremely disappointing customer service to a long standing customer who tried to rectify the issue.

First time ordering at this location and won't go back the staff not friendly. Ordered on line paid by gift card. When I picked up and he says receipt says zero dollars. Questions me on payment saying receipt doesn't show that. Then says fine here you go.

Had a large pepperoni,bacon,onion for delivery. Was awesome as usual. I’ve been a customer at various locations since the 80’s . They have always been great with plenty of fresh toppings. Ive been going to this location for about six years and they never disappoint. *they deliver not need for Uber or Skip

I'm not a fan of chain pizzerias but I will say that Pizza Nova's dedication to quality stands out in their food. I chose this location even though it was quite further a drive than the Upper James location. Their Google rating was higher and I will say that it was worth the drive. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who took my order. When I mentioned that I drove out of my way he threw in a pair of hot Italian pepperoni sticks gratis. He also said that it would be worth going out of my way. I must say that they did not disappoint. We ordered the Double Deal ( 2 mediums) the Pepperoni with extra cheese had so much mozzarella that you couldn't see the meat at all. Traditionally when specials are ordered places always skimp on the toppings, especially cheese which is the most expensive product. This certainly was not the case here. The other pizza had all veg and was super flavouful. Their Italian hot peppers are way better than traditional banana peppers that everyone else serves. Also impressive was the taste of the sauce. Their use of quality tomatoes ring out in the flavour. The mozzarella cheese was top quality as well. I highly recommend this Pizza Nova location for service and excellent quality food. As a former pizza maker who has very high standards these folks passed the test and then some. Can't wait to heat up the leftovers in my air fryer.
