Hey owner, I'm a customer, I don't work for crupi's, considering this is the third time. If you want a better review maybe your employees can offer better service, better yet leave me your number and I'll call and I'll explain to you personally what happening when I come in to place a walk in order. Yeah I haven't order from you in a bit due to your employees not taking or offering to take my order , I walked in to order a pizza waited 10 mins they ignored me and continued working. If you want pizza go around the corner to nonno crupi's. Way better food and service most importantly.

This place is great, the staff is very friendly and pleasant. Best Pan pizza in town. The pizza was also very clean, meaning there aren’t any burnt ingredients from previous order. Very clean! Hours could be longer but with the lack of staff this shall suffice! I did not order through delivery app, so I won’t know about delivery.

After the first three reviews that were all negative I tried it again satisfied with the food 80% but lady on phone needs to learn manners if I want to order something else when I get to store I should be able to add on to order but was told no I have to order on original order. Guess they don’t want extra money.

Very expensive. It took 40 minutes from order to hand over a walking pizza. My pizza was sitting out side the oven for 10 minutes before it was packed for me, meanwhile the employee was doing dishes and making boxes in the back.

Very polite staff and delicious pizza. I got a 9” meat lover pizza which was cooked perfectly with a crunchy bottom. The only thing was that it was too oily for my taste. Not sure if this was because of my all meat order or the dough had too much oil. Except this personal taste issue, all was great.

Wanted to have a treat with the family before kids left for the summer. Great food with a movie. They were busy but my order was correct and in a timely manner. Will come back.

Bathroom was a mess and when you walk in your not greeted proper. Not to mention you handed over a pizza that was supposably just out of the oven and was sauggy, have extra toppings ordered they were not put on. Also charged for the toppings but not given them on the pizza. If you want to be rudely talked to and ripped off then come to this place if you dont want to be ripped off then stay away.
