** NEGATIVE STARS** I would have given negative stars for their food & specifically for the customer service ( bovaird & maclaughlin location)I ordered veg pizza on 11/26/2024 @3:45 and it was so pathetic .. Every single topping was stale; paneer tasted sour after having a bite we garbaged it. Then I called them to give feedback but the girl on call started arguing & she was rude at the top. Not apologetic at all for the garbage they sold us.. I really wish the food safety & quality check should be redone here as they are selling the food which can make consumers sick.

We walked into this place in desperation. We’re usually pretty wary of unfamiliar pizza shops. But I’m glad we tried it! So good! The dough has a great texture. The cheese was thick and stringy like melted cheese should be! And the pizza was huge! So I ordered delivery for the first time and they made a mistake. At first speaking to the lady was rough as she tried to argue but that didn’t last long; in the end they handled it professionally and I’m satisfied. Even the delivery guy was great! This is our new spot from now on.

We ordered pizza today, It was Amazing but we are more happy about the fact that the delivery man, who was the sweetest,kindest and a pure hearted person, an old turban uncle with white beard, The delivery was bit delayed and he kept apologizing and even offered a discount and mentioned he will pay from his pocket, there are good people that exists in this world made us enjoy our dinner alot ! It was also our fault we totally forgot that we have construction going on in our area and delays are possible. Happy to see stores are helping people in need of job.🙏🏼

I ordered a pizza from here, but I don’t know if they didn’t close the dipping containers properly, or maybe the delivery guy didn’t handle it carefully. When I opened the box, both of the dipping sauces had leaked and split open on the sides.

“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY “ I ordered a medium-size pizza with 12 wings and here I don’t see any wings in the wings itself, most of them are leg piece filled with literally raw onions on the top and it took them more than an hour just to deliver these two items even though we live 5 min away from their shop. Pizza was cold and stale when we got it after one hour, and when I called them, the lady was too rude and kept saying excuses, lame excuses and literally repeated ‘weather issues’. I also got charged more and receipt didn’t mention anything about prices of individual items. I paid more than what was mentioned in receipt and no explanation was given for that as well.
