Pita Pit

I use to love this pita pit location, but ever since the new owner took over things have changed and NOT for the better. There floors don’t like they’ve been cleaned for months, bathrooms were so dirty, there front station veggies don’t look fresh, sauce everywhere, overall a terrible experience.

First and foremost the staff is friendly and genuine and the energy they give out is awesome and welcoming! The food is great and ingredients fresh. They also o don’t skimp out on ingredients and sauce which I love !

I ordered their garden rice bowl but only received rice with toppings. I called and I even read the receipt that said i ordered a garden rice bowl. She said I had to select lettuce for the toppings. However, the garden IS the base NOT the toppings. She said she couldn't do anything. The past few months, I've ordered their Garden Rice Bowl once a week. No more. Poor customer service

Thomas is a gem… this team better know it. Pleasant made awesome recommendations and happy to serve. Place is clean music was pleasant too. Thank you Pita Pit for always setting the bar. Thank you Thomas my day got better because of you.

Went today on my lunch…arrived at a little after 12 and was the only person (more people came after) and as I arrived a woman was berating a staff member in earshot as I stood waiting to order. She kept her back to me with no acknowledgement for about 30 seconds. The young man greeted me when I entered. When the woman turned to take my order she left me standing as she left the room so another staff member finally asked did I want my receipt. The original young man ended up making my pita and he was great. Friendly and engaging. The woman…maybe she is manager/owner?! Not certain…but not cool to admonish an employee in front of customers and to then walk away before a transaction is complete. Maybe you are having a bad day!? We all do…hope it gets better if that is the case.

The young ladies working tonight were fantastic. Great personalities and very helpful with someone like me who can never decide. The pita was delicious and so were the macadamia cookies. Will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about the stuff that work there. They've always gone over and above for my orders as well as my son's. One time my card wouldn't work and Carter who's a magnificent person always makes great conversation orders are always perfect he spoke with the store supervisor I believe her name was Melissa and they found a way for my app to acknowledge the funds that it had all the while making amazing conversation and Peters for myself as well as every other guest in the restaurant. I truly cannot say enough about these two they definitely do their job with a smile on their faces and a genuine interest and concern for their patrons. Any employer would be proud to have them be the face of their company and would be devastated to lose them as an employee. If there was availability for more than five stars these two would get it. This restaurant is always cleaned almost to Perfection levels the staff is always friendly and very helpful to their patrons I've seen them help the elderly as well as children and go out of their way for them. I love this location the staff the management especially Melissa and Carter

Service and staff are awesome. Very friendly and fast with your order. Ingredients are fresh and your pita is made to order. Clean facility and washroom. Keep an eye out for deals and coupons. The music was too loud inside. Hard to hear the staff. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge. Lots of parking just not out front of the place.
