I was in Pita Land for the first time and had a great experience! I ordered the chicken with fries, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Very bad shawarma. I tried the Dundas branch yesterday, and honestly, it was disgusting. The shawarma cutters let the meat drip excess oil onto the grill, making it look and taste as if it was cooked entirely in oil. It also retained a lot of fat, which defeats the purpose of eating shawarma to avoid such heaviness.

I don’t really write reviews but this was my first time going here and the customer service was horrible. Tuesday oct 29 at 1:00am those girls were rude. They did not care about communication, ignored toppings and had attitude when brought to their attention, just a lot. I never want to spend my money here again.

This place is the best for shawarma! The food is super tasty and always fresh. The meat is cooked perfectly, and the veggies are crisp and flavorful. The sauces are just right too. But what really makes this spot stand out is the service. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome every time. They really care about getting your order right and making sure you’re happy.

The food here is delicious, specially the chicken shawarma plate and potato boul. They have tasty sauces and spices and fresh salad. The prices are average. I gave 4 stars due to the inconsistency of the portion size - most of the time, it's well served and I feel it's worth it for the value. However, it depends on the server. For two times I got half of the usually portion size, it's frustrating.
