They use the same grill for beef and lamb at the same time and most likely mix the two and don't disclose that, like we won't notice. My "beef" wrap tasted like lamb and it was gross. Turned me off any middle eastern places for good.

The food at this place is outstanding. Friendly service is the bonus. Will be a regular stop for me. One of the best shawarma places in the city.

Quality and quantity of food at this place has gone down drastically. They are so stingy on chicken quantities that it's unreasonable ; see pic. Barely chicken and mostly salad and Toppings. For extra they charge extra . Customer service is a hit and miss. Some staff is courteous and welcoming. Some staff won't even look at you and have a swollen face as if they are being forced to be at work.

I Just bought a shawarma on the rice. The taste was okay but the quantity was too low for $12. Normally the shawarma spots at least give more rice than chicken but from here I got both less. But still it’s tastier.

Great taste, good service. Would definitely recommend tying here. Both wrap and platters are good but I like wrap even better. Vegetarian option available. Parking available. Pickup available. Well customized options available.

Pretty decent place to come for some food, rice was tasteless similar to Uncle Ben's rice. Fallaffel wrap was very filling, had lots of great flavours that overcome the plain rice. Fresh vegetables and great garlic sauce, but the hot sauce wasn't spicy, even for my low tolerance of spicy. 3 out 5, I don't feel the food slowing me down, it was overall a decent quick meal. They have a nice amount of space to sit in and eat.

The location is a bidder hidden from from the very busy Dundas and Winston Churchill area and unless you know this place exists, you are not going to catch this. The food described below is average, the service is good and the young gentleman working behind the counter does every the book - ie changes gloves regularly cleans the the work area, does not handle food without gloves or tongs. The manager is equally the same, but lacks some listening skills and perhaps salesman qualities. We wanted the dishes with fries and he kept mentioning potatoes. We assumed it was the same, but it’s not. We asked for a replacement of rice with fries and the dish came with rice. The falafels are freshly made and very good. Soft inside and a good crunch out. The rice is bland and would rather not have it next time. The hot sauces run of the mill and did not taste Mediterranean. The manager/owner is perhaps not from the Mediterranean origin and perhaps made Nothing wrong with the food but just MEH. Both know if the dishes are vegetarian or vegan and that was a big relief.
