Pita Deli

Ordered chicken shawarma online... and it was really terrible. Ended up throwing must of it out. It was essentially a massive pita stuffed mainly with lettuce. Only got to the chicken after about a third of the way through, and the chicken was so dry, had no flavor. Not sure what's happened here, maybe a one off, I've had great shawarmas here in the past, but after this I'm not sure I'll go back.

Whenever U get delivery it is pretty bad or my order is incorrect.Writing my review at 3am bcs I am up and violently ill. I was fine all day and then about an hour after eating a beef salad, stuck on the toilet. The quality has been going on a downward slope but, this is it for me. I believe there was food contamination.

Deeeelicious! Haven't been here since they were located in Five Points Mall. Same friendly faces, polite staff. Super clean and fresh fresh ingredients. Massive serving for my custom gyro! They continue to not disappoint! Highly recommend for an affordable healthy meal. A++

Hi, unfortunately, I don't think this is anything close to authentic Shawarma .... The meat was more of a boiled ...the meat has to be prepared from thin cuts of seasoned and marinated lamb, mutton, veal, beef, chicken, or turkey....these slices are stacked on a skewer and slowly cooked... I am sorry. But it's not the experience I was looking for... For the record I ordered Garlic Shawarma and Fattoush Salad. Both had boiled shreds of meat stored in a freezer ..... unless I wasn't served a shawarma today and my daughter left most of the meat ... So I am not happy but I understand that people have rated this place very high ...

This is a good pita place, fast and friendly. My daughter likes mild to no spice so they let her try the rice first just in case. She liked it. We got a chicken and rice special and a chicken shawarma pita. Both were good and sizable. One thing to keep in mind they will ask you if you want hummus and garlic sauce, these are not included, they are .75 cents each extra, so for the two items that's $3 extra. For the 2 items plus one bottle of Pure Life water and tip $32.65. So a little pricey. Overall, a well run place to get some good food fast. James

This pita restaurant is one of my favorites. It's easily accessible with ample parking in the plaza. We have had the chicken and beef shawarma wraps so far. Their wraps are generally enormous in size and stuffed with fillings. My only complaint was that the sauces with additional charges weren't clearly labelled.. So during my first visit, I added two sauces and some pickled veggies that all had extra charges. Lesson learned (This has since been fixed and they're all clearly shown) The meat and sauces are all flavorful. They make an in house hot sauce that packs a punch. If you're looking to get a good bang for your buck, you'll definitely want to check them out.

ENORMOUS shawarma with delicious high quality ingredients- the fattoush salad and crispy pita chips inside really sets this apart from the competition. One half of their shawarma sandwich is the same size as most other shop's full large shawarma! Beef shawarma (5/5) - the size, taste and consistent high quality has me addicted. I have to stop by any time I'm in the area. The wrap has a beautiful fresh flavor from the fattoush salad as well other toppings. Be careful not to ask for too much hot sauce - great flavor but deadly heat if you get too much! The service is always top notch at this location, the guys are always as friendly as can be! The only thing I find strange is that rather than having a rotating spit of meat cooking behind the counter - they use pre cooked meat which they keep portioned in containers in the fridge which they then microwave to heat up for the sandwich. I find this not exactly ideal, but I see how it reduces wasted product for them - which I assume helps them keep quality and prices as great as they are!

This is by far my most favorite restaurant in Oshawa. It has exceptional quality (consistent) and massive quantity. The shawarma wraps here are full of flavor, healthy and a MUST try. The style is similar to Greek, with lots of fattoush (salad packed inside). There is chicken, beef, roast beef and Montreal smoke meat options which make this place super unique. The vegetables are always fresh and the staff here are very friendly. I've seen the same faces for years here, which makes me think that the restaurant values and appreciates it's employees. I come here at least one to two times per week and I am a loyal customer. This place has been phenomenal for years and looking forward to continuing to come here for many more!
