Phoebe was the most amazing waitress. Her kindness, smile, and outstanding customer service truly enhanced our visit. She was constantly on the move, accommodating each table with ease. We had such an amazing experience thanks to her. I highly recommend this place, and Phoebe definitely deserves recognition for her exceptional service.

My son 15 years old and three of his buddies went for dinner yesterday at pipers. The server took it upon their self to charge the tip they thought they deserved when handing the machine to each of the boys which I think is wrong! My son said the server handed the machine and said don't worry about the tip I already added it. I'm not saying good service and food doesn't deserve a tip but these kids are young and may or may not have the funds to tip above the average and it should be up to them to choose the tip not the server.

I don't know what's happened, today at 2pm. Bad service, bad food. We order kids menu pasta for my toddler, wings for me and a sandwich for my wife. We required the pasta first. Then after 15 mins the sandwich and wings came and after other 10 minutes the pasta arrived, obviously my toddler lost his appetite. The waitress never apologies and never back again to the table. The wings overcooked, the sandwich hard and dry and the kids pasta with tons of fake butter oil. Come on guys what's happened.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. No one at the door to greet you, stood there for quite a while before someone came to seat us. The server we had was very friendly. I think the restaurant itself could use a good cleaning. We ordered burgers. They were very tasty but not enough french fries....you should never skimp on fries!!

Absolutely fantastic! We ordered lunch for the whole office for our staff and all the food was 15/10. Everything was fresh, warm and delicious. Would recommend to anyone who is in the area to try. Also, the menu is so versatile, any one would be able to find something they liked. As well, the potion sizes for the price was insane! A whole roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding for $20? How can you go wrong! The cooks in the back must really know what they're doing as it is hard to get an order as large as ours completely correct!

A great experience on Sunday having lunch with a friend. Sheridan was a lovely server, very friendly and helpful with answers to our million questions and requests. Food was excellent. It was hard to choose what to order as there was so much choice. But finally I went with Yorkshire Pudding as British Fare is 25% off on Sunday. It did not disappoint! Large portions at reasonable prices and tasted great. Will be back for sure and highly recommend.

We were in the area and decided to check this place out. Definitely glad we did, food was super good and the service was great. We tried the calamari, and battered mushrooms for appetizers and got the chicken curry & chicken carbonara for mains. Everything tasted great, but the mains really stood out. For pub food this really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back when in the area!
