Came here again for the first time in years. They took awhile to seat us down and even after sitting waited more for menus. The place is definitely affordable but the portions are evidently small.. I got about a handful of hash browns and I got 2 pieces of bacon although on the menu what I ordered had said 3. We also waited about 40 minutes for the food to arrive at our table and the food was quite cold!

Stop for a late breakfast after our night in Niagara. Very pleased! Place was buzzing. Food did take some time to come out but it was well worth it. It was amazing and home cooked. Staff was very polite. Would definitely come back next time we're in Niagara.

We stopped by on a whim as we looked for a place to get breakfast after checking out of our hotel. We didn’t want a chain or buffet… Phyl’s was exactly the diner-style breakfast we wanted. 2 peameal Eggs Benedicts with a side of sausage… food came hot, sausage was good. Service was great- very friendly staff. We’ll be back on future trips!

Their food is absolutely delicious and the service is always amazing. Very reasonably priced and it was lovely to eat my breakfast on the patio!

Great little place. The food was very good. The service was good but a little more attention would be nice since our table didn't have syrup and I would've liked a coffee refill. The decor is quite dated and all of the lights were off - just sunlight through the big windows. I would go again. Definitely worth leaving the tourist area as your budget will go much further and the food is better here.

The food and the service were both excellent, contrary to other reviews here. The staff was very friendly and polite. The place looks a little shabby and run down, but the food is great 👍

This was our first time coming here. We did have to provide proof of vaccination and show ID. We signed in and were taken to a large table for our group. The restaurant is spacious, nice and clean inside. Sandy was our server, she was very nice and friendly. We placed our orders and the food was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend coming here. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.
