Ordered a medium P04 (Rare Beef and Tripe Pho). Comes with a only a tiny bit of bean sprout in the bowl, with zero bean sprout on the side. Disappointing; I've never seen a pho restaurant skimp on bean sprouts before. On the plus side, service is very speedy and friendly. They have some interesting tea as well.

Must be the quickest house special pho I had ever been served in my life. 1 hour before closing. Needed a simple soup, hit the spot. Good seating. Wish they have some shoe dryer. I feel bad dirtying the floors.

Order a large House Special Pho and extra rare beef on the side. The broth was super flavourful, rare beef was fresh cut. It could feed two people easily. Highly recommended!

Conclusion: if you want pad thai, no a place you wanna come. If you want good pho, would recommend Pho Tai Bac - about 10 min drive from here. Tried Pad Thai because I know their beef is not good. But again very disappointing. Doubted if they know how to do pad thai. The entire thing is wet, and apart from spice no other taste. From the menu there was no indications of any ingredients like onions/re pepper. The staff did not ask anything about spice level either. Pho beef noodle using below average beef, not those actual beef should be used in Pho beef noodle. Conclusion: if you want pad thai, no a place you wanna come. If you want good pho, would recommend Pho Tai Bac - about 10 min drive from here.

Ordered a large Pho take out. I was impressed with a decent amount of their portions, soup was super flavourful, recognized rightaway that the soup was cooked with lots of beef bone. The place looked comfortable and service was fast. Always make sure my take out soup is boiling hot to achieve the sweetness and enough to cook the rare beef. Highly recommended.

I tried the crab noodle soup and it was very tasty (probably the best bun rieu Ive ever tried in Toronto). My food came out within 3-5 minutes after ordering. The price is also affordable, much cheaper than other Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Service was also good and attentive. This place should be more famous

I've tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and Pho Vinh is one of my 3 favourites in Markham and Richmond Hill. The pho broth and noodles are very good quality. The chicken vermicelli dish was very good too. I went at about 11:30 AM on a Sunday and it was not too busy at that time. There is plenty of free parking in this plaza. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent vermicelli bowls and beef rice noodle (photos not shown). For Vietnamese coffee, it is good, but we hope that there may be less condensed milk. Spacious seating and excellent service during our Saturday or Sunday lunch! A suggestion is to be organized in taking food order for a large group: deliver the correct dishes. Thanks 👍🏻
