Pho Le

The food here is actually pretty decent. We got the Tom Yum soup which was very good and the sweet and sour beef which was absolutely phenomenal. I have been to this location a few times while visiting Collingwood. Yes, the place is dirty and yes, the service sucks, but if you're coming in for a decent meal, this is a good choice.

$18 for one size， very very small size， it is just for kidz size one bowl of noodles with nothing inside cost $10 service is also not good，especially a young men （maybe who speak cantonese）

Well I paid $18.00 for 1 size, which I call a small pho well done beef soup. It's wouldn't call it that the beef tastes old as shoe leather and the soup isn't anything I have ever tasted. The noodles aren't even cooked fully. I lived in Vietnam for 3 months, and I eat plenty of pho at home 3 or 4 times a month... Garbage soup

My first time trying Pho at this restaurant was an amazing experience! The flavors were absolutely delicious and exactly what I always imagined Pho should taste like. I’m so glad this place gave me such a fantastic first impression of this dish. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and satisfying Pho! 🍜

Was drawn in by the giant bright TV above the entrance. Food was basic. Seating was very strange. A menu was taped onto my table which felt sticky and dirty (plus how do they clean under it?). Didn’t get the side dish that I ordered at all! Which was supposed to be pork on sugar cane instead got two wieners with no flavour and a shrimp (mystery meat?) ball on a sugar cane. Felt like a bait and switch. Never ordered anything with shrimp on it! Papaya salad not available (apparently never available) so you get mango salad. Unimpressed.

The fresh shrimp rolls were not fresh I heard the microwave going and being the only customer in there wouldn't be surprised if they were prerolled and microwaved. They also fell apart..The broth to the beef soup had no flavor and the beef was tough. The rice noodles seemed uncooked as well. I have had pho at a lot of different places and this was the first time I have refused to eat it. I'm disappointed but it makes sense why they said it would only be 6 minutes to wait. I hope this feedback will help change how they serve in the future because I want to see local businesses thrive.

Great pho place after a day of skiing or simply to just have a nice meal. Definitely recommend their pho over other dishes here. They’re all pretty good but I think they make their pho the best. The pad Thai was okay, but next time i would get the pho. The vermicelli didn’t have as much meat as I wanted. The chicken dish was smaller than I expected. But despite all this, it was still a good meal. It tasted good. Nothing blew my mind but it was simply good! Priced good too, especially in this economy.

I round right up to 4 stars. Why? Because I love the no bullshit, eat comfort pho vibes. The owners are slightly untethered but also kind. In my opinion, yummy foods are made and consistently reliable pho. Plus, tasty appetizers to go with it like the cold veggie and shrimp wraps. Pho-sho!🥣
